Best instantly alternative for appointment setters seeing deliverability drops? My open rates just tanked

Been running 5 domains on instantly for 8 months. Past 3 weeks my open rate went from 45% to under 25%. Support says ''normal fluctuations'' but I ran the same campaigns through MailReach and placement looks fine. So it is either instantly's sending infra or I'm doing something stupid.

Sending 50-80 emails per inbox per day. All domains warmed properly. SPF/DKM/DMARC clean. Using Prospeo for lists. Bounce rae is under 3%.

Before I panic-migrate, I want to know if anyone else is seeing this right now. Is 50-80/day per inbox actually too aggressive? Should I throttle back first or is insantly's deliverability actually tanking?

A buddy mentioned WarmySender for the peer-to-peer warmup and built-in verification. Haven't tested it yet. What is the best instantly alternative you are actually seeing better placement on right now?

How do you actually coach human agents in a world where AI handles half the tickets?

This is more of a strategy question, than a tool question. But tools matters for the answer. Half of my team's volume is now handled by AI agnt which is great for the metrics but has created a weird problem, my human agents now only see the hardest tickets, the ones the AI escalates, which means their daily work is way more stressful and my coaching is much harder because the patterns are less clear.

I used to be able to listen to 10 random tickets in an edge case. How are other CS managers handling agent development when the easy reps are gone and only the hard stuff is left?

Need an expedited US passport for work trip in 10 days.Is regional passport agency near me worth it?

Just found out my passport expired in March. Work trip to London on the 18th.I have never done this before and I am kind of losing it.

I called the NPIC number this morning and got through after like 40 minutes of redialing .They gave me an appointment at the downtown Atlanta office for Thursday.I have my birth certificate, old passport, and flight confirmation ready.

But I keep reading mixed stuff about how long expedited passport actually takes. Some people say same day. Some say they make you come back.I live in Decatur so driving back and forth is not terrible but I need to tell my boss if I am taking a full day off

I had Passport Visa Rush pulled up on my laptop as a backup plan in case the agency route fell through.Their site said they could do it in 2-4 days but I was hoping to save the money if the agency works

Has anyone been to the atlanta regional passport agency recently?Did you get it same day or did you wait? Also how much was the us passport expedited cost total?I am trying to figure out if I should just pay for a service instead.

Last night's free party was pure energy

Shoutout to everyone who came out to last night. Sound was heavy and the crowd was kind, space left cleaner than we found it.

This is why we do it. Free music, free community. Already planning the next one, who wants to help with flyers?

The leadership team above me has clearly decided I am not part of the future. How do you exit with dignity and a decent package?

The signs have been building for a while.Projects are reassigned,I am left out of key meetings, and the feedback has become vague and negative.I know when a leadership team has made up its mind it is hard to change.I want to leave on my own terms and negotiate a fair exit instead of waiting to be forced out.I am trying to stay professional but the situation is a fair exit instead of waiting to be forced out.I am trying to stay professional but the situation is affecting my health and focus. What has worked for other people in this position?

I attempted to make chocolate bark, it came out grainy and terrible

I saw a video online about making chocolate bark with interesting flavours and I decided to try it myself. I melted some dark chocolate and added some nuts and sea salt but the texture was completely wrong and it tasted grainy,. I have a bar of 50Hertz tingly chocolate toffee brittle that I bought recently and the texture is perfect and the flavour is incredible, But my homemade version was a disaster. What are the common mistakes we make when making chocolate bark at home?

We are preparing to launch a crowdfunding campaign for our new productivity app and I've been advised that a strong video is important for hitting our funding goal. I am not sure how to approach making one that feels authentic and effective

The app is simple but explaining the daily problem it solves and why people should back it is harder than I expected in a short format. We have a basic script but turning it into something that looks professional without seeming over produced is the challenge.I saw vidco and one or two other video teams mentioned in startup groups as options for this kind of work but i would like to know what makes a crowdfunding video convert well from people who have run campaigns. Any experiences or tips you can share

Top cold email platform for multiple client? (Appointment setter for three coaches- outreach is unsustainable)

Three coaches, three brands, three completely different audiences and I manage all of it manually across email and LinkedIn. I looked at Dripify and Expandi for the LinkedIn side but neither covers email and I end up needing yet another tool for that part. What I actually need is something that handles both channels together because splitting them across platforms is what is making this unmanageable right now.

I sell on Shopify and Gorgias automation falls apart the moment a ticket gets weird

Running a mid seven figure shopify store and we use Gorgias for support. The basic automation handles ''where is my order'"and "how do I return this" totally fine,no complaints there . But the moment a ticket involves a partial refund ,a shipping exception with a third party warehouse ,or a customer asking about a pre order that depends on inventory we have not booked yet,the automation just punts it to a human .Which would be okay if we were a huge team, but it is me and two part timers, and this complex tickets are exactly the ones that eat our whole afternoon. I want something that can actually reason through the messy stuff, pull prepped. Is that real or am I chasing a fantasy?

Does anyone actually trust pay as you go eSIMs or are they all just gimmicks with hidden fees?

I have been burned before by travel data products that advertise low rates and then you surprise changes or terrible speeds once you are actually in country. I fly charter routes and my layovers are often in places that are not exactly major hubs, so consistent coverage matters to me. I also do not want something that locks me into a monthly subscription when some months I barely travel and months I am gone every week. What has been your actual real world experience with these services, good or bad?

edit: Much appreciation to your response, I have also been doing research on my side and I landed on both ArriveSIM and CrewSIM as good options. I will try both and possible give a feedback on the experience.
