How Frustrated are you with Cheap Agencies spoiling the Market for Everyone?

Hi folks,

I run a marketing agency and we've tried every possible lead generation thing online and offline, but hard luck i guess.

Problem is the market is flooded with cheap agencies so much so that they are undercutting us by nearly 50% making it very difficult to acquire clients.

The catch is after these guys opt for the cheaper agency and stuff goes south, they no longer want to work with any agencies.

How do you tackle this and is there any other source to generate leads ?

What's worked best for us right now is to either approach in person or try to nurture from LinkedIn.

Would really appreciate your two cents on this !

Thanks! <3

Has anyone one experienced a dip in LinkedIn organic traffic after running Ads?

Hi Community!

I'm running a b2b business page on LinkedIn for an org, we were getting some great reaction earlier with minimum impressions touching 1k for organic posts for an account with 5k followers.

Now we started document ads with ebooks to gain more traction but since then most of the posts have dipped in impressions to 400 or less.

At the org we did do a deep dive on interactions and content quality but figured that decent traction is getting pulled by employees that are reposting but nothing much on the page end.

Has anyone else face this or any suggestions on how to navigate this issue?

Is this even an ad problem or the algo can't prioritize between the ad and organic content causing the canabilism of posts?

Institutional Architecture

Hi Lovely Architects,

I'm working in the marketing department of an architecture firm that specialises in Eco sustainable architecture, especially the ones that give the GRIHA certified buildings.

Now the catch is that for a long time the founders stuck to word of mouth and then Government tenders, so the company has a damn good portfolio of a tech park, Government schools etc, but are finding it hard to penetrate the private sector.

They so join competitions and stuff but how would the gurus recommend the best way to go about getting the first few leads from a marketing standpoint.

Yes digital and social is something I'm working on, but it's going to be a slightly slow process as there's a lot of clean up to do and actually put of the brand story, but what else can I do?

I've seen the fire and passion in every architect and employee here and that they really stand for what they do, they aren't even money hungry, they are innovation hungry.

Please share your thoughts I'd really love to see this brand scale!

Looking for a really good food spot in Jaya Nagar

Hey folks,

I moved towards Jaya Nagar 5th phase recently and I'm craving for some hearty food.

Tried the Kind cafe yesterday and an Udupi for lunch today but it doesn't hit the same like MG road, 7 plates rolls, Persian kebab co. Etc.

I really wanna have a hearty meal tonight but something cost effective around 200-250 for one.

Cuisine can be indo chinese (street style like in hyd) or like good Arabian, sick of pizzas and pastas, don't wanna have roti sabzi either.

Any recommendations?
