It’s a Mortal Kombat kind of night.

I have massive nostalgia for this one. My first job was at a movie theater in the 90’s when this ran. We were big into the arcade scene too. As cheesy as it is, it’s still so much fun.

CKF Marfione Sokosha 2024

Hey swappers.

I’m letting go of my beloved CKF Sokosha. Knife is well taken care of; stored in drawer. Only fidgeted, no carry, no sharpen, or disassemble. Opens and closes with ease and centered as possible. The handle feels great, almost like an integral. Has the carbon inlays; looks better in person. This is a gorgeous knife, but I need the funds for house stuff. PayPal only. No trades.

Comes with case, cloth, COA, and extra parts.

Candyman. An older classic tonight.

Love this movie. Tony Todd has so much presence in every scene he’s in. Miss this guy.

Question: What is the reasoning behind the cost of Imprint 4k’s.

I own a couple Imprint boutiques and I think they’re just okay. The rigid box is cool, albeit I’m not terribly fond of their glossy finish. It comes with a hard cover book, which is nice. From what I can tell, using my example (9th Gate), it comes with an 3rd disc with extras. I realize that they are limited to 1,500, but are they really worth the enormous jump in cost?

Personally I would much rather have a Second Sight, Umbrella, or Arrow release for much cheaper.

What am I missing?

Over 100,000 confiscated knives were used to create this knife angel statue.

Shoutout to the Severin guys at the Monsterpalooza booth this year for this one. What a wild ride!! Holy shit.

This one gets a 10/10 on the “WTF did I just watch” meter. There’s so much wrong with it, but I couldn’t take my eyes off of it. I seriously loved it. Can’t wait to see it again.

Tonight’s blind buy. Twilight of the Warriors: Walled In (2024)

Looks bad ass. Happy it came with a slip. Wasn’t expecting it to come with one.

PSA: AMC+ including Shudder is 30 bucks for the whole year.

Don’t know if this kind of post is allowed here, but I wanted to give my fellow horror fans a heads up. You can save a fuck ton of money if you’re looking for a shudder sub. They just raised their prices and I was canceling, but I saw them running this deal. 30 bucks for AMC+ and Shudder is a decent deal. I think it’s good until May 25th.

Edit: I recommend canceling before they auto renew next year. (You know, when you forgot about it) Who knows what the price will be a year from now. Cancel right away and keep using for the year is the safest option, imo.

It’s been a minute since I’ve seen this one.

I remember the first time I watched this and how impressed I was on how good it actually was. The artwork and action sequences hold up pretty well.
