I was curious how fixable this leakage damage is?

I want to downgrade my minecraft world to 1.3 to Beta 1.9 so I am able to get the Mob spawner, as a item for my museum. But I am unsure if that is considered cheating.

This is in Lbponline (formally ayees discord server) There is an account that has only the sackling role, and Joined this discord server on the same day, as it was created and yet for some reason it was able to post in the rules channel. Also that was his only message in the Lbp online discord server.

Quick question. If I get a copy of a disc version of minecraft 360, and then dump it to my pc, would I be able to play TU3 with that copy?
