HELP! I have been battling with Verizon for 6 months over promotions/credits

Hello everyone I’ve come to a standstill on what else to do and what direction I should head. To give you some background. I have been Verizon for a coupe years now. I have a buddy that works for them and he always hooks me up with the best plans/promotions or so I think he does. I’m not familiar with phone sales so I take his word for it. Anyhow fast forward to April 2026 and my wife wants a new phone. We have a promotion of trade in + $500 credit. My buddy does something called a “TE” order because that is the only way to get trade in value + the $500 promotion. He also says that he can get me a $180 porting credit, plus an additional $200 credit. He says the promotion is if I add 2 more lines I get a free phone that I can sell and just keep the line. So I add my mom on my account and trade her phone. So to summarize we went from 2 lines and an Apple watch line to 4 phone lines and a watch line. My buddy says the monthly payment with all promotions added will be around $160 plus taxes/fees. Fast forward to now and I have yet to see a bill that low. I will attach a photo down below and you can see every single month my bill is different. This has been stressing me out for months and I am extremely EXHAUSTED trying to figure out what is going on and what my actual bill is going to be. What can I do? My buddy seems like he trying to help. He has reached out to district managers, corporate managers and everything he can think of. Again this is all hearsay because he lives an hour away and I haven’t talked to him face to face since this whole started with my super busy schedule. What can I do? Who can I talk to in corporate or something to help me out? Like I said before this has been a huge stress in my life and it’s starting to take really take a toll and bother me.

For some reason it doesn’t allow me to post a photo. Here is the breakdown of my bills from the last couple months. Before all this was done my bill was $128.12

April- $272.94
May- $514.55
June- $293.00
July- $262.59
August- $257.30
September- 216.01

Looking for advice on how to proceed.

Hello everyone I need some advice on what you guys think I should do. Some background for content back in March I started the build process for a house that I liked. This is just a normal neighborhood with many houses like it. I picked everything out etc. I got my credit pulled and got a conditional approval pending final approval when the house was finished. Fast forward about a month ago and I lost my job. I am a car salesmen and I was at that specific dealership for 2 and 1/2 years. Over those two years they said my average income was around ~$8600 a month give or take. I was already at 53% DTI. Here is my issue now how screwed am I that I lost my job? I was able to secure a new job at a new dealership fairly quickly about 2 weeks ago and am doing my thing and selling cars. But what if I only average at my new dealership around 5-7k a month? Usually takes about 90 days to build a new pipeline and have the money coming in. I got a call today saying that my closing date is in late October but I am really worried I am going to lose my approval and get denied. I spoke to the lender and he said it happens people lose their job and he is not worried about it until there is something to worry about. What do you guys think?

Orient Star AU0307E

Looking to purchase a Orient Star off Chrono24. Just curious to see if anyone here knows if I would have to pay import tax on it? I am in the US and it’s coming from Japan. If so how much would it be?

Automotive Sales

Hello everyone I’m a automotive sales professional looking to see if anyone in this forum is looking to add some talent to their team. Some background information about me. I’m 27 years old, I was raised in Brevard and moved to Orlando when I was 18 and moved back to Brevard about 2 and half years ago. I have 5 years of automotive experience and 2 1/2 of those in high line stores. I was top sales person last year at my store. I have a proven CSI record and everything else you need to vet me as well as references. I am also fluent in Spanish and English. Just putting word out there to see if any managers in here at a High-line store are looking for someone or if they are interested in possibly brining someone new to their management team. Any input helps and if someone is serious we can talk more. Thanks everyone have a blessed day.

Auto refinance @ 5.25%

I am looking to refinance my current auto loan. The lowest I can find is my local credit union offering 5.25% for 72 months. It’s the same rate even if I go a short term. Does anyone have any suggestion of where I can find a lower rate? I can go 60 months if needed to. I am in Florida so not sure if I can qualify for credit unions in other states but more than happy to try if the rate is lower.
