Prizma 2.1 Diamonds aren't glowing?

I've started a new realm last night with my friends and included the prizma 2.1 visual overhaul addon. While most ores glow in caves (iron, copper, etc.), im noticing that diamond ore does not glow. Is this intended or some kind of bug?

How do you guys spend time in this software?

So I bought this software a while back (not calling it a game due to not having any objectives or gameplay ability) and while it’s really cool, I find myself getting bored of just flying to random stars or galaxies and looking for planets

So what do you guys do for fun on space engine?

I think I’m starting to develop depersonalization

For the past 2-3 shifts at my job now, I (19M) have been experiencing this strange feeling where I almost feel like I’m out of my body or that I’m watching my whole life like it’s a movie, or it feels like I’m dreaming. Either way, this is only occurring strongly to me at work.

It starts out as feeling like I’m spacing out, which I’ll then tell myself that I need to stop and focus on my job. This in turn makes my anxiety worse because of how I can feel this feeling, and it becomes too much for me

It’s gotten so bad that I’ve had to leave work early due to how much anxiety I was having from the feeling, and even threw up.

I’m going to this subreddit because I’m afraid that this is going to continue at work, to the point where I’ll get too overwhelmed by everything and quit. I want to be a good worker, and I really don’t want to feel like this, but I can’t help it at all.

This seems to only occur strongly at work, while at home I’m usually more content when watching or playing something, but I’ll still have that thought in the back of my head

Please, if anyone has advice for me, I would love it

How does one spaghetti?

I’ve only played and finished the game one time, years ago on vanilla, and during that I was using a bunch of tutorials and tips for how to start out, and one of them being a main bus, which is what I did for my first playthrough. My starter base WAS my end game base, and I’ve heard that that’s not what you should do.

People online recommend a “spaghetti” starter base, yet I don’t see how to do that, as I kind of liked having everything organized.

I’m wanting to start a new SA run for the first time. For just starting out, should I still use a spaghetti base?

How do you truly “spaghetti?” Do you prioritize something first like a mini mall or science?

First time at an airshow, how’d I do with pics?

First ever airshow was the Dayton Airshow on June 13, and I brought my Nikon D5600 with a 70-300mm lens. Just got around to editing these photos and have fallen in love with them

Tips for taking pictures at an airshow?

I’m going to my first airshow in Dayton, Ohio, for the Dayton Airshow this weekend, and am obsessed with aircraft. As such, I’m wanting to try to get as many pictures, as well as some very nice looking photos as well, to have for keepsake.

I’m making this post because I want to be as much prepared as possible and have a quick setup as soon as I get to the airshow, so I’m looking for any tips that could help me as such.

I’ve got a Nikon D5600 DSLR, with a 18-55mm and 70-300mm lens, as well as a tripod that can get to about 5 feet tall.

With this configuration:

- What mode on my camera should I have it set to?

- What lens would be better for my shots?

- I only have one battery with the camera, would this last me the whole airshow?

Anything else that would help me that’s not listed would be absolutely appreciated. Thank you

HP Support Assistant won’t download F.24 BIOS update

I have an Omen 30L GT-13 1xxx desktop computer, with a current BIOS of F.21 11/21/2024 version.

A game I’m wanting to play says I need to update my BIOS, however there is only an older version on the HP Support Website (F.13). So I download HP Support Assistant as that’s what the website recommended, and there it is: My PC needs to update BIOS to F.24

Going through the steps, I get to the option asking me to update, put it on a separate drive, or copy the update. I just clicked update, took me to the installer, and everything was fine and dandy

After closing the installer (Not HP Support Assistant), my desktop just freezes. No keyboard input will work, mouse won’t move, everything is just stuck. I’m safely able to reboot my computer after it freezes, as I’ve done it 3 times now and everything still seems to be working normally. But I waited over an hour to see if it would do anything the first time, and no

I got into contact with customer service, and the AI bot really didn’t help with anything, just the same “restart your computer, do you wanna try again” bull crap

Bluetooth headphones and PS5 controller disconnect from computer at the same time (W11)

So starting today, my HP Omen 30L GT-13 1xxx desktop computer is acting strange. When I go to play rocket league, and I’ve only tried it with that game, but essentially I go to play a match and out of nowhere, my JBL headphones and PS5 controller disconnect at the same time, and will NOT reconnect until I restart the computer.

I’ve tried updating drivers through the device manager, updating the Bluetooth Support Service in the Services window, forgetting and reconnecting both pieces of hardware, and yet still nothing. I’m truly at a loss as to why it does this and can’t seem to find a fix for it online. If anyone can help out that would be much appreciated.

Two aircraft flying next to each other above my house?

Nothing showed up on flight radar, so I can’t be sure as to what it is. Also, why could they be flying right next to each other?

u/GreasyInfant — 3 months ago

Kind of crazy cause it sounds a lot more like a jet than a propeller plane lol. Coolest aircraft I’ve spotted yet

I’ve completed this game only once, and unfortunately I used some QoL mods like farther reach, YouTube tutorials about main buses, and no biters. This was back when space age first released yet I don’t have the DLC.

Because of not having a threat against me, I’ve always had the mindset of perfecting ratios in every aspect of my builds. I spent hours just trying to get my 48 furnace columns to work before I even made stuff, thinking it was okay (obviously not thinking about it now), or getting solid belts of everything before I move onto the next product.

I want to play the game on normal difficulty with biters, yet obviously I can’t perfect my buses when I’m just starting out.

So my questions are:

- How many automated furnaces do I need to start out with?

- How should I deal with biters early on before I automate walls? Should I play with them on lower settings?

- I like the idea of a main bus, but should I build one when starting out?

- Do I really need to worry about ratios right now before getting into more complex stuff?

I would love to see the factory grow and grow, yet I just can get overwhelmed by the biters and ratios and what not. If anyone can help with these questions that would be very helpful.
