Saturn 4 Ultra Print Failure Center of Build Plate
Having an annoying issue with my Saturn 4 Ultra. The center of the build plate is now having printing issues. The timeline of events are as follows.
I had a perfectly successful print other than one of the parts coming off the supports near the end of the prints. The part was small enough where it was still submerged in resin. I started the next print, and the printer detected the obstruction and stopped.
I cleared the error, rehomed the machine, and cleared the tank of debris. However I guess there was enough pressure before debris detection that it caused a small pinhole in the PFA film. I did not immediately notice this and started the print again.
That print failed with one corner being fine, and its opposing corner pretty much failed. But all rafts had stuck to the build plate. Following this I did a manual bed leveling.
After this failed print, I discovered the leaking tank. Replaced the PFA, and started again and now is when I started having center print failures, but much worse than below.
I compared the PFA Tension to a brand new tank and found the replaced PFA to be quite loose. So i replaced the PFA again with much more tension and ran the print that is pictured in this post.
Not entirely sure where to go.
