I run a small advisory practice in Hyderabad — structural and finance work for founder-led businesses. Early stage, still figuring plenty out.

I've been to enough events now to notice the pattern: everyone describes what they do, exchanges cards, nothing gets solved. What I actually want is four or five people who'll spend 90 minutes a month tearing into one person's real problem, with real numbers, and then rotate.

Rough format I have in mind: one person brings a specific problem, not a general one. Twenty minutes to lay it out, the rest is everyone else working on it. No pitching, no selling to each other, no "let me know how I can help." If it stops being useful, it dies.
So I'm not just fishing for DMs, here's mine. My front door is a paid diagnostic — clients pay before any remediation work is scoped. It's deliberate: a free assessment produces a free-quality answer. But it's a real conversion problem, because people who've never bought advisory don't understand why the diagnosis costs money. I've considered a free self-scoring checklist that qualifies people in without competing with the paid piece. Not sure it solves it. Take a shot at it if you want.
