do you want her to not work with certain teams cuz
maybe it'll be redundant.
maybe you don't want her to have long elation animations cuz maybe it'll get annoying.
maybe you dont want her stepping on the toes of other characters you like.
im genuinely curious to see what your guy's answer is.
I see people talk about his powerlvl and how he needs buffs, but No one has really given anykind of reference or benchmarks to help Guage his strength, from the Gameplay ive seen, he seems... fine?
So what characters does he compare to in terms of power.
i hear a lot from comp players that the game is very punishing and you could blow up from one mistake. i have no idea what they're talking about.
I think for 80% of the playerbase, we all come across the problem of opponent able to throw out a move and you can't effectively protect yourself from it nor punish them. genuinely feels more then half the moves in the entire game arent meant to be punished for the most part
how many times have you guys shielded a move, and then was unable to punish a move even tho you really should've been able to. You shielded an opponents projectile right up in their face, you cant punish. opponent is mashing ariels but you can't punish the window of vulnerability because there is none.
im sure there's someone whos gonna say skill issue and blah blah blah, and I'll say is this. when half of your moves are -8 on shield or less end lag then a human blinking, you're game is too mashy.
i actually liked the shield spam of smash 4, because it meant that i had to think about my offense and be careful instead of constantly throwing out buttons until something lands.
i know im gonna get hated for it but i do genuinely believe this and i will die on this hill.
There are characters there that you'll like. there are characters there that you'll find fun to play. most of the problems you hear about are with tanking is from solo tanking, meaning they'll go away the moment you have more then one tank.
so please for the love of Odin, if you see your team has a single tank, go tank. idc if your healer or dmg. GO TANK WITH THEM. you'll win so many more games doing so and have a far less frustrating time.
it seems a bit confusing. If the Manga is canon then Lohen is 14 or younger, because he'll be taking the record of youngest captain from diluc, who we know for a fact was 14. But in the SQ they mentioned the events of Ursa the drake and his defeat, which happened in the Manga, as happening a decade ago. which doesn't make sense because the manga is said to take place only 4yrs ago?

Looking at the new characters kit, it looks like Stellar Conduct scale off of attk. meaning that lohen should be able to work with the reaction even if he himself may or may not be able to use it.
for example looking at the Buffs.
Yae and Fishcl might be a good stellar conduct core. throw in Nicole to give everyone attk and to trigger fishcl's overload hex passive for even more and you got yourself a team
i have lost so many games as a tank because the enemy tank goes mauga and no one helps me. understand that your tank can't fight mauga, any tank that takes a direct fight with mauga is gonna lose. and then you're going to lose because the mauga can now run down the squishes. and on many maps you can't just expect to avoid him, especially as the tank, you don't avoid things.
so when you see the enemy tank go Mauga. stop and swap.

i think a lot of people are gonna doompost Lohen by saying his dps isnt as good as Lunar teams but they're forgetting a very important thing. Lunar characters have no flexibility.
Lohen can run Melt, Freeze, and potentially Rimegrass and Superconduct, while also having teams that have a similar dmg output to Skirk.
that's still really really good. and much like with Nicole as long as we keep getting attk scaling off fielders, which we inevitably will, he will keep getting value.
It's pretty simple, they are a problem, only an idiot would deny that. and before you say it, yes they are very very blatant and easy to spot, no new player would name themself Smurfywurfy, and yes i did come across one actually named that.
and is it gonna be a perfect system, no and are mistake gonna be made and people slip theough the cracks, yes, but that's how it is with anything in life.
if you wanna play a game of whataboutism or whatever, Find a better solution then.
it might be cuz i play console, but it feels like pharah cant really do anything but flying well.
i get that shes suppose to be a glass cannon whos not really good in direct fights, but it feels like even then shes just a worse junkrat cuz her rockets are just super slow players can mess up twice and still avoid a direct hit.
her dmg output now and days just doesn't seem that good. even if you land to 2 direct its hits on a squishy any minute amount of healing will save them from a 2 tap and the splash dmg isnt even worth talking about.
and the most shocking thing. her ult is even worse. because while yes she can move, its very slow and so still easy for people to hit you mid ult. and it recieved a large dmg nerf so it's worse at the one thing its good at which is nuking an enemy.
what is she suppose to do?
i see she has a high win rate in top ranks but that doesn't tell me anything
