Just got fired from my position as pro loader which sucks but oh well $15/hr for that work was horrible anyway.

Argentina losing has to be Marvin's fault somehow, he knew I was betting on this game and needed the money.

Just a quick rant because they called me on my 15 to cut open wood even though they were 10 feet away.

They have their own customer and spend up to 4 hours a day everyday with them, it is impossible to get a hold of them let alone get assistance when needed.

Need the fence panels open? Cant help. Need a spotter? Cant help. It's always that they're with a customer or they have to go on lunch. My coworker in fulfillment has helped me more than my supervisor 😭

Does anyone else have this problem?

So for a little context my asm has previously gotten upset at me for not staying outside cause I'm a pro loader but they never have enough people scheduled so I have to assist in lumber almost every day.

This week they switched the usual lumber opener to overnight without changing anyone else's schedules to accommodate for the gaps. So for the past couple days I've been by myself from 6am to around 1 with no help in both lumber and outside loading. This has been completely draining and infuriating since both my asm and supervisor have been there but neither has ever been available to assist me in any way.

Is there anyone I can report this to or am I just outta luck here?
