2026 Grads | Looking for peers | Placed/Unplaced Intermediates | Looking for job offers

Hey everyone!

For the past few weeks, I've been feeling disappointed with how placements turned out. I'm a recent graduate with a job offer, and I'm grateful for it, but after the amount of effort I put in over the last few years, I genuinely feel I didn't reach the level I was capable of. That feeling of "I could've done better" has been bothering me. But I've also realized something: dwelling on the past won't change anything. The only thing that matters now is what I do next.

I'm looking to connect with people who feel the same way, people who know they have potential, but for one reason or another didn't end up where they once thought they would. Whether you're placed or unplaced doesn't matter. What matters is that you've had that realization that time is limited, and it's time to level up.

The idea is to build a small community where we can:

  • Stay accountable.
  • Share resources and opportunities.
  • Prepare together for our next (or first) offer.
  • Motivate each other and track our progress.

If enough people are interested, I'll create a Discord server so we can support each other on this journey.

If this resonates with you, feel free to DM me. Let's make sure our next opportunity reflects our true potential.

How do you find jobs?

I’m a complete newbie when it comes to cold emailing and DMs, so this is a genuine question: How do you find startups to cold DM? What criteria do you use to identify legitimate opportunities?
There are so many startup job postings on LinkedIn, but a lot of them seem fraudulent, spammy, or just low quality. How do you filter through them and decide which startups are worth reaching out to?

You need to see this!

To everyone obsessing over onboarding dates and constantly asking for updates, it’s time to face reality. If you haven’t realized it yet, LTM is revoking offers, and that’s a serious warning sign.

Instead of wasting time getting excited about onboarding timelines, focus that energy on securing backup offers. The job market is tough, and no offer is guaranteed until you’re actually onboarded and working. Keep chasing updates if you want, but don’t be surprised if today’s excitement turns into tomorrow’s regret.

The people who prepare for the worst will have options. The people who don’t may find themselves unemployed, wishing they had started looking elsewhere sooner.
Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.

Clarification regarding Offer Revocation

Hey I have been hearing a lot about the revocation of their current offer before onboarding, does anyone have a proper knowledge about it. Also refrain from commenting if you have only heard it from somewhere, no misinformation below. Comment if and only if you know the whole thing below.

Any solo travellers in the city? Let’s explore together!

Hey peeps! I’ll be in Darjeeling today, thought it would be fun to meet other solo travellers. If you’re around and looking for company, let’s hangout, check out some local spots, try good food, walk around, or just wander.

21M | Looking for a mate | Darjeeling

Hey! I’m a 21M planning a trip to Darjeeling and looking for a travel buddy to join me. I originally wanted to do a solo trip, but that’s not an option for me right now, so I thought it would be great to find someone who’s also planning to visit Darjeeling. I’ve already got my itinerary and plans ready just looking for a like minded companion to share parts of the journey with. Solo travelers are absolutely welcome too! I’m someone who enjoys having plenty of personal space and freedom while traveling, so there’s no pressure to stick together all the time. We can explore places together when it makes sense and do our own thing whenever we want. So feel free to reach out!
