Wish they made a non-food show with this vibe.

I love the pacing and calmness and kindness between participants. I always get hungry watching it though. 😂

Would love similar vibes in other activities...maybe gardening? flower arranging?

Id love to hear other ideas if you have any.

I like the normal people better than celebrities already

They aren't trying to maintain an image, especially a sofisticated composure, so they are way more expressive and happy in the opening scenes. Can't wait to see this season!

Recommendations for visitors on their 60th anniversary?

My parents are visiting next week and will have their 60th wedding anniversary. Any suggestions for Bloomington, or maybe Nashville, maybe Indy, that doesn't involve too much walking.

Age ranges 20 yo - 81 yo. (Adult grandkids, kids, couple)

They can do some walking, and don't use mobility devices, but hiking in uneven trails would not be good. Restaurants that are good, but top out at Olive Garden/Cheddars level pricing.

If side effects change depending on injection site, does effectiveness also change?

I've seen a lot of comments about a stomach injection causing more side effects. Does that mean it is less effective when in thighs?

Some people find the show 'boring' for the same reason they find the actual prairie 'boring'

When you grow up with everything loud, fast-paced, and spashy, anything that isn't loud, fast-paced, and splashy seems boring, because you lack the ability to slow down to REALLY look, to let yourself be immersed, to pay attention fully.

The mountains, the shorelines, the scenic places are very "in your face" and awe inspiring. Prairies requires you to slow down and look closer to see how magnificent it is.

This is the first show in a long time that had me putting my phone down to really pay attention. It is rich with subtle acting, where you have to pay attention to see the nuances. (and DAMM did they pick fantastic actors, so much the the ages for the kids makes so much more sense....the skill required doesn't happen as a very young kid).

It has a quiet beauty and very real characters and made me appreciate the books in a fresh way, and brought me back to my childhood on the prairies of Kansas.

The scenery also looked right, so that matches the book, giving it so much more authenticity than the 70s show with the MASH background. LOL

Krogers, Walmart, Walgreens, Aldi ect. We picked up a CVS shop today where one of the stores was less than a block away, the Aldi grocery store shop about 6 blocks, but the CVS we had to shop was halfway across town. Then drop off was back towards the beginning.

I've had Kroger shops given in the parking lot of other Krogers that are closer to where I am than where the shop is.

Plus, if we could shop at the place we want, we could avoid problems, like the pre-Easter shops where we knew they were out of eggs at certain stores.
