Is this now a common practice? I have tried to see 7+ apartments in the last month, and every time, the landlords/property managers want us to apply before even seeing the units. Half the time, when I try to call the property manager on the listings, I get answered by by a pre-recorded message which just directs me back to the application link. I get that cheaper units are in high demand, but this is absurd!

Hey yall!
Some yellow bellied dingus opened their door into my car and took off while I was using the restroom at a gas station. Does this look like something I can pull out with a DIY dent removal kit? I actually already have the tough up paint. I’d say the dent is about 2-3” in diameter. I can’t quite get my finger underneath- there’s some sort of plastic in the wheel well blocking access to the dent from behind. Trying to get the guys plate # from security footage so I can chew them out and file a claim if I can’t fix myself.
