New to the series and game, and can't figure this out! Presently, she doesn't have the Tear quartz slotted, and it's not part of her Master Quartz (Raven). Yet, she has the Tear Art available. How is that?

Every now and again, I will offer to help those who post who are looking for certain items. What I'll do is have them provide their glyph location, and we'll meet in that system's space station. This has worked fine for months. A couple of weeks ago, this has started to be problematic - I would travel to the system, confirm we're at the same station, only I couldn't see the player when I arrived. Has any one else experienced this or know if it's fixed? For reference, I'm playing on PS5 and haven't changed any settings, i.e. cross platform and multiplayer.
