I have cognitive decline with remembering certain words, is it my bipolar meds or hormones ?

I’ve been on a strong cocktail for seven years ( Vraylar, lamotrigine, Clonidine, prestique, Wellbutrin, fentanyl patch, Soma, Strattera and some other drugs)

I got sick with hypomania. I had a hallucination that was peaceful nonviolent and I ended up inside a hospital for six days.
It was hell there because I had a cold turkey off all of those meds and they put me on Latuda and Oxcarbinate all this time I smoked pot and my last psychiatrist told me to quit and I haven’t.

I have a follow up appointment with a menopause specialist today. I’m concerned about my mental health, I want to stay stable I’ve read good things about HRT/TRT for women but I’ve also read about a lot of physical side effects, some say they are clear from brain fog and have better moods I wonder if they take bipolar meds.

If anyone has advice or a story about their menopause journey they want to share I want to hear your stories.

I went to a menopause specialist and will be starting HRT W/ TRT I have questions?

As the tingle says I’m beginning my HRT/TRT journey next month and would like to be as informed as possible. I’ve been reading posts where some people are trying to figure out dosing and side effects. Is there any TV big you wish you knew when starting? I have bipolar disorder and I’m feeling well. The sypmtoms I want to treat are vaginal atrophy and low energy. I’m 54 and had a uterus ablation at 48 so I haven’t had a period since which makes it hard to know when I’m post menopausal. I’ve had hot flashes and night sweats but they have passed for the most part. It’s hard to judge brain fog and mood swings because of my diagnosis.

If anyone has advice for what they would’ve done differently or things they did right I would really appreciate the words of wisdom.
