Bonjour,

J'aimerais connaître vos avis sur de bonnes boutiques de musique, notamment pour guitare, avec possibilité d'essayer (facilement) les instruments, d'être conseillé sans forcément poussé à l'achat sur des choses hors budget etc.

J'avais testé une boutique y'a quelques mois (je ne me souviens plus, c'était vers Wazemmes je crois) et j'avais eu l'impression que c'était compliqué de tester les instrus ?

Does anyone else get stomach upset / acid pain after a few days on this L. reuteri strain or urolithin A?

I've been taking both for about a week (less than 1 billion), and for the first time I actually had to take an antacid/stomach protectant (Maalox) because my stomach felt irritated. Everytime there is gastric mouvement I get a light brain fog, look like a nervous wave or idk.

With this probiotic, at first, I developed pretty noticeable rhinitis, so I stopped for a bit and then restarted at a lower dose. That seemed to go okay, but then I developed a mild but constant brain fog. A few days later, I started getting stomach discomfort/acidity, and it's still going on today.

I usually have issues with my lower GI tract because of UC, not really my stomach, so I'm genuinely wondering what this strain or molecule are doing to me lol.

Bonjour, ma chatte de 15 ans diag hyperthyroïdie il y a 3 semaines environ. N’a pas supporté Thiamacare 2.5mg matin et soir. Nous sommes donc passés à l’Apelka même molécule mais moins concentré en produit, au même dosage 2.5mg également matin et soir.

Les deux fois elle a développé au bout de une semaine une plaque rosée au dessus de l’œil gauche et ne semble pas supporter le traitement (boude nourriture, nausée..) et ne semble pas aller mieux d’un point de vu comportement car tjr irritable et excitée. Le veto me dit de pousser mais c’était surtout pour la partie digestive. Elle n’a pas l’air de supporter le traitement notamment à cause de l’effet aussi sur sa peau mais il ne semble pas exister d’alternatives.

Des chats dans le même cas ? Qu’avez vous fait ?

I work as a tech consultant and spend a lot of time monitoring SaaS, AI and legaltech trends.

Lately I keep wondering if we’re creating too many tools simply because something can be integrated or automated.

Build an agent that updates another tool. Automate the automation. Some of this is useful, of course. But sometimes it feels like the business need comes after the technical possibility, not before.

In legaltech, for example, there are dozens of AI contract review or clause extraction tools. But the real value is often not the extraction itself. It’s governance, adoption, data quality, workflows, permissions, accountability and long-term maintenance. At some point, companies may spend more time evaluating, integrating and managing tools than actually benefiting from them.

I’m not anti-tech. I work in tech and I like good automation. But I wonder if we’re still using IT to serve the business, or slowly reshaping business around whatever tools happen to exist. (Not even speaking about the all users data security and ecology challenges.)

Curious how others see this.

I've been on Lexapro for 3.5 months at 5mg (January-April), it's supposed to be a low dose but while on it, I started to have late night sleep issues after maybe 2-3 weeks induction.

A month ago, I stopped the medicine but the problem persists: no issue to fall asleep but then I wake up 5 or 6 hours later feeling excited but tired so I wait to re fall asleep but I get several wake up until I finally move out from bed around 8h30-09am. It looks like my sleep architecture has been modified by it. Indeed, I did not have sleep issues prior to it and I was on the minimal dose for less than 4 months so I was hoping to quickly revert back this problem.

Any people experienced the same problem? How did you get it fix?

Raz le bol des zozos en voiture. Entre ceux qui :

• ne mettent pas leur clignotant en dépassant (et des fois ils enchainent 5 dépassements comme ça, que ça soit en doublant ou se rabattant)
• se rabattent à peine 1m devant toi et te force à freiner
• les drogués qui zig zag sur la route
• les drogués ou papis qui roulent au milieu sur la ligne continue (vu hier)
• ne respectent pas les limitations de vitesse : les panneaux c'est pour décorer ?
• sont frustrés quand tu ralentis car y'a un panneau qui indiquent un changement de vitesse MAIS leur ego de male alpha ont besoin de te doubler car ils aiment pas être derrière toi

Y'a vraiment des contraventions qui se perdent notamment sur les clignotants, j'en vois énormément sur la route : jeunes comme vieux, voitures pourries ou neuves

I was on Lexapro 5 mg for about 3.5 months. It helped mostly with anxiety, but not really with my mood, and it had a pretty bad effect on my sleep. My sleep became very broken, and I felt irritable during the day which was counter productive.

Because of that, I decided to stop. I tapered down to 2.5 mg for one week, and during that week I didn’t notice much except slightly better sleep. I’ve now been completely off it for about a week.

So far, I don’t feel major anxiety or low mood coming back. However, over the past two days I’ve been feeling more fatigued during the day, and my sleep still feels a bit broken. The difference is that it now feels more “recoverable”, if that makes sense. I’m not as irritable during the day anymore, and I don’t feel the same intense lack-of-sleep feeling as before.

For those who experienced sleep issues after stopping Lexapro, how long did it take for your sleep to fully recover?

J'ai été piqué par la dance mania après avoir vu Michael au ciné récemment et je me demandais si à Lille il y avait des cours de dance mixte sur des musiques Pop / Années 80-90 ? J'ai trouvé des cours tango, salsa, zumba etc mais pas du tout mon délire.
