6 months PP

I am struggling massively with my weight. I was 135 before I got pregnant and at the end of pregnancy my weight was 171. I have only lost 20 pounds. The problem is my stomach. Everything else is literally perfect for me, I still look 6 months pregnant. I’ve been doing walking for 30/45 mins a day sometimes twice a day. I do sit-ups, dead bug, leg raises, bicycle crunches it seems like my stomach is just getting bigger. This is my 3rd baby. How do I get rid of this 😩 the summer is coming and I feel like I need to stay inside lol.

Electric

Hi, my electric has been off for about 5 days now. I currently owe $400 left on my bill in order to get cut back on.. I paid $400 sometime last week (yes my bill was very high) I had a baby back in October & I’ve been out of work due to complications from epidural. If anyone would like to donate or help me get my electric back on I would greatly appreciate the blessing.. I have Cash App & Venmo.

Femoral Nerve Entrapment

I gave birth on 10/31/25
I received the epidural & I felt like more of it went to my right side of my body. During birth they had me doing the tug of war position, and I was in that for a while. About 24 hours after birth my right leg by my knee and inner thigh was still numb. They sent in the anesthesiologist & he poked around my leg and said there may be some epidural still left in there and that it should go away within the next few days. Well here we are 6+ months later and I’m still dealing with numbness, burning/stabbing sensations. I can’t stand or walk on it for long periods of time either. I went to see a neurologist at 3 months postpartum & she said it’s femoral nerve entrapment & to try stretches and it will go away but it is still here after doing stretches. She told me that she can’t say for sure if it’s from the epidural but I’m convinced it is. Is this something that could qualify for disability if I can’t work due to the issue I’m having?

Where can I get help with my bill without going through DSS? My bill is $1000. I am a single mom on SSI and my checks only cover so much of my bills I am barely making it and this is the only bill I am behind on.
