Condused about pain

Hello! I (32F) was diagnosed with OA last year - it's worst in the joints of my feet, particularly the big toes, but I get joint pain in my wrist, ankles, shoulders and hands too. I can differentiate arthritic pain - it feels like hairline fractures in the bone, a sharp stabbing clicking grinding pain. But increasingly I've been experiencing a different pain. It's hard to describe - sort of like my whole body feels heavy and stiff, and my knees and ankles feel like they're going to explode if I stay still for too long. When this pain hits it makes me cry with frustration. My question is this - does anyone else experience this non-descript sort of pain? Is it OA-related? Or do you think it could be something else? I'm still trying to understand what is happening to me. Three years ago I was running three times a week and doing solo hikes and dancing - now I cycle and I lift weights but I can't run or hike or dance anymore. It's shit, and I'm still struggling to understand what is happening. Any insights would be so helpful - thank you!!

Made hundreds of wristbands for a conference that suddenly got renamed

I run a small company, and designed and printed hundreds of high quality rubber wristbands for my cousin's Crypto conference. I had to do different colours for the different levels of entry.

Out of nowhere yesterday he suddenly announced he was renaming the conference and moving it partially online. And could only afford to pay me if I produced more with the new name. Ive spent a week on this so far and was already giving him family rates.
