What color suits me best?

My hair has been multiple shades of copper/orange for the last few years. I don't know what color is best for my skin tone. Should I lean more into orange or red? I've had other colors in the past, but I can't tell if cool colors work with my complexion. I also don't know if darker or lighter colors work better.

[Recommendations] Bra for EDS, AuDHD, Chronic Pain

Unfortunately the calculator is currently down, so I would be very appreciative if someone can also help me out with sizing! I live in the US, but I have purchased UK bras in the past so just let me know if you calculated it as US or UK ❤️

Sizing = inches

Loose underbust: 34"

Snug underbust: 33"

Tight underbust: 32"

Standing bust: 39"

Leaning bust: 43"

Lying bust: 44"

Personal background: I have hEDS which causes chronic pain, especially coathanger pain that is made worse by wearing bras. I also have sensory issues with wearing bras in general. I do not feel comfortable going braless in my current profession because its very active and involves the public (otherwise, I'm primarily braless whenever I'm not at work).

My weight has also fluctuated a ton...went from 260lbs to 120lbs in about 1.5 years, but now I've been somewhat stable around 200lb. My breast size fluctuates a lot depending on my weight. With using the calculator, I find that the cup size is often too large for me and I think thats because of my loose skin. My breasts are pendulous with a narrow root.

I have tried Comexim, Freya, Panache, Elomi, Wacoal, Glamorise, SHEFIT, and bras from VS, Target, etc. Right now, I have just been wearing SHEFIT since its easier to put on by zipping in the front, but it is not supportive enough and is causing pain and bruising.

I'm interested in possibly trying out an adaptive bra if anyone has any recommendations. Otherwise, I would like to try a longline, racerback that opens in the front.

I appreciate your help!!

▲ 3 r/EKGs

I'm a newer critical care nurse, and I'm trying to get more confident in my EKG interpretation!

I had a patient with a HR in the 30-40s, and the HR would occasionally drop to the 20s due to 2-4 second pauses (asymptomatic, shockingly). The 12-lead EKG interpretation from the day before read AFib-SVR with RBBB. The QRS complex was >120ms. I understand an idioventricular rhythm is regular with a wide QRS complex, while AFib is irregularly irregular with a narrow QRS complex. But since the patient had a RBBB, that would make the QRS wide. During my shift, the patient had a lot of ectopy and pauses.

Attached is the 12-lead EKG without ectopy, and from this I can understand how the rhythm is AFib-SVR since it is easy to compare the R-R without any ectopy involved.

But, is there a clear way to recognize an IVR that's irregular due to ectopy compared to AFib-SVR? Do automatic EKG interpretations tend to recognize IVR?
