Hello,

I own a Honda Civic 2013 1.8L Petrol, and garage found oil in cylinders 1 and 2. I'm going to a compression and cylinder leak down test, but wanted to ask if we know what the likely issue is, considering it's not in the other cylinders?

I know these models have a known piston ring issue which I've seen on this forum, but my engine number for this year is just outside of the affected models apparently (I have R1A pistons, not the R3A ones).

I use 0w20 oil but I'm thinking of now moving to 5w30. Regardless still curious as how its not in the other cylidners!
