Anyone know if the plaza premium lounge at yvr (domestic) has complimentary drinks, like shots or typical vodka/whiskey drinks, or is it a upcharge?

Flight is evening time after 10pm

Landing at YYZ early morning like 6am on Sunday from another province (domestic) and then taking international flight outside of Canada/US

Anyone know if it’s going to be stupid busy? Layover is 3 hours, if flight lands at 6am, how long would it take to get to the gate?
