Have you experienced withdrawal symptoms from lion’s mane extract?

I had been taking 500mg of 30:1 extract capsules per day for a year and felt no ill side effects. I was more awake and alert but nothing life changing. Then last winter the bottle ran out and I did not bother to immediately replenish. It slowly built up but after about two weeks I felt severe brain fog. I work in a creative field and no original thought would cross my mind anymore. My 3-dimensional imagination was like switched off. Anxiety and depression could be symptoms or my understandable reaction to the prior mentioned symptoms.

At the time I blamed it on a new laundry detergent that made me feel itchy and thought I am having an allergic to it. I switched the detergent and while I am at it bought some more lion’s mane capsules. I felt better quickly.

Now that bottle ran out and the symptoms are back. Brain fog, no creativity, a feeling of pressure on top of my head and now also random pain in my limbs.

I found people reporting similar symptoms but from taking lion’s mane, not from withdrawing it.

Now I wonder if I should just sit this through or if I should buy more capsules and then withdraw them much, much more gradually.

I was asked if this is really the polarity that I want. Does a triangle not mean cathode? My thinking was triangle on triangle.

Can someone confirm or deny that the Qianli H400 is just a Geeboon HC24 in a better looking casing?

It looks pretty well made. Even the brass wool behind the tip cleaning sphincter is non-magnetic.

How floppy are transparent flex PCBs from JLCPCB? Are they stiff enough that a light like this would work?
