What wheels are those?

I got myself a Honda Civic EJ9 (6th gen, 1997, pre-facelift) with these wheels. Are those an original honda wheels, or are they from some special trim or maybe an aftermarket ones?
I've yet to find any markings on them.

Is this repairable?

Just looking to see if this wheel is repairable? Ive never seen one bent so bad. 3200 bucks canadian for me to replace it.
