overnight oiling helped my hair more than short oiling sessions tbh

I used to oil my hair for 20–30 mins before washing and never really noticed much difference, but when I started leaving it overnight once a week instead and it honestly feels way better afterwards

my hair feels softer, less dry, and I’ve noticed less hair fall. Nothing dramatic, but it feels more effective than quick oiling for me

does anyone else leave oil overnight or do you wash it off quickly?

have you guys actually used a shampoo that helped with hair fall?

I feel like most shampoos either make big claims or just make hair feel nice for one day 😭

Been trying to focus more on gentler/herbal shampoos lately instead of harsh ones.

Currently using Glen Vita and it’s been feeling better on my scalp compared to some regular shampoos I used before.

Curious what’s actually worked for other people here

does anyone else regret using heat on their hair too much?

I used to straighten my hair way too often because it looked really good for a day or two. But after some time my hair just started feeling more dry, frizzy, and harder to manage overall 😭

now every time I use a straightener I feel guilty afterwards lol. Curious if anyone else went through the same phase

does anyone else judge a shampoo by how their hair feels the NEXT day instead of wash day? 😭

because honestly some shampoos make my hair feel amazing for a few hours and then the next day it suddenly feels dry, rough, or weirdly dull. I used to think the “soft after wash” feeling meant the shampoo was good, but now I’m not even sure.

lately I’ve been paying more attention to how my hair feels 1–2 days later instead of right after washing and it actually changed which products I keep using. Am I overthinking this or does anyone else notice the same thing

not talking about crazy routines or life hacks

just small stuff you didn’t expect to matter but somehow did

for me it was just fixing my sleep timing a bit, felt way better overall

curious what others noticed

I used to use regular shampoos that felt a bit too harsh for my scalp

had ongoing hair fall and my hair never felt stable for long

recently I switched to a gentler herbal shampoo and stopped changing products all the time

after a few weeks my scalp felt better and I noticed less hair fall than before

been sticking to a milder routine lately and it’s been working better for me

curious if anyone else noticed something similar after going for herbal or gentler products

tbh I was dealing with hair fall for a while and nothing really worked long term

I kept switching shampoos and using stuff that felt strong, thinking it would fix it faster, but my scalp just felt off most of the time

after a point I stopped experimenting and switched to a gentler herbal shampoo and just stuck to it

after a few weeks I started noticing less hair fall and my scalp felt a lot calmer

I’ve been using Glen Vita recently and it’s been working well for me so far

nothing crazy, just keeping things simple and not being too harsh made a difference
