I hate when people say this. Like when a man is abusive they completely skip over that and go straight to "why did she stay?" Why do men make EVERYTHING women fault

Short rant but my brother literally just said after the Lindsey Clancy case he doesn't think we should've given women rights? Like wtf? You're 11 bitch. I literally cook and clean for you bc your dumbass doesn't do anything but sit on your ass and play video games all day. Tbh he's been getting on my nerves for a while now. From calling me the b word for asking him to take the dog on a walk now this.

Okay so I've been working almost six hours every day and also managing school at the same time.

My pay check only comes up to like 80 dollars which is nothing. I use that money to buy myself food.

The reason I do this is because my brother eats everything in sight with no care for anyone else.

Lately ive been buying my groceries and then I come back and he eats it.

I bought some eggs and he used the whole thing. He can even fucking cook.

I bought bread and he used all that as well.

Yesterday I bought some yogurt, eggs, and things for the house for everyone. I like to buy yogurt because I work early in the morning and I don't always have time to make breakfast so I eat that.

Woke up this morning and there's two left. They're peach. I hate peach, he knows this. Yet he ate all the other ones.

Whenever I tell my mom about this she gets mad at me and tells me it's not a big deal and says she doesn't want to deal with this right now.

So im like, you know what. Whatever. I'll just buy more.

I walked into the kitchen and see him using my eggs. AGAIN. Half the container is gone.

I find out that our mom said he could use it. WHAT THE FUCK?! because how tf are you gonna tell him he can use MY STUFF. then she gets mad at me for being selfish?!

Mind you, I buy him food. I bought him TWO boxes of waffles the other day and he finished it in like three days.

She said "well boys eat more than girls". No. He's just fat.

So i tell her, as soon as I save up enough money I'm moving out because I can't live like this anymore.

She tells me to calm down and it's not that serious.

And I can't make this shit up. He ask her if im on my period and she laughs. SHE FUCKING LAUGHED.

Then she comes into my room and says she wants me to be nicer to him because at the end of the day we're family. Like don't give me that shit. Am I the asshole?

Edit two: okay I think i exaggerated about the "i work every day" part bc i just looked at my schedule and yeah. The two weeks (almost three) ive been working here ive only worked nine days. Mb, please don't kill me, I have so little to live for
