Surron came with damage on the frame. I got it from allibaba. What would you do?

Just got it yesterday. The delivery company didn't even have it strapped in on the truck. Also, one of the back blinkers was sticking out of the side of the box, where you could tell it's been knocked over. Plus, you could tell by the way it was sitting all messed up in the aluminum delivery frame."
