Was about to eat a Candyman Toffichoo today and noticed a bug inside it. Thankfully caught it before eating. Also, I have noticed the quality has changed recently like the toffees melt much more easily and don’t feel like they used to be.Has anyone experienced something similar? How can I raise an complaint with Candyman?

Cleanses well without making the skin feel overly dry. The watermelon fragrance is refreshing nd the lightweight gel texture feels nice, especially in warm weather. It removes excess oil effectively and leaves the skin feeling fresh. However, it doesn't provide deep cleansing for heavy makeup or sunscreen on its own and also doesn't offer any dramatic brightening or acne fighting results. So its more of a basic daily cleanser.

Cons: Doesn't remove heavy makeup completely Results are fairly basic compared to some alternatives
