Lawn burn

I am at a new home out west, and noticed that there is a lot of urine burn spots on the lawn. I don’t think all of them are from my bulldog, we have a ton of rabbits in the yard, and were only here for a couple of weeks atvthe beginning of April and a couple of weeks now. Either way, we need to minimize our dog’s urine spots. She’s unfortunately not a huge water drinker, so her urine is more concentrated. Any advice would be appreciated!

Grass burn

Fireworks Options

We have not been to the fireworks in DC since the 90's when we lived there. We are staying in National Harbor, not my choice, but I have been unable to convince my husband to change his mind. We decided to bring the family to do a booze cruise, which was cancelled due to the river closures. We have two options since the Intercontinental (our first choice)sold out, Tiki TNT at the Wharf, and the rooftop bar at ART DC(Arlo). Thoughts on which location would be better viewing? They do have a viewing party at the Gaylord, but it seems like it will be too far away to really enjoy it.

Bravecto

I have always been really bad about heartworm prevention and flea and tick medication for my dogs. We have had cancer in most of our dogs (pure bred), which has led me to getting titers for their regular vaccinations so that I am not over-vaccinating them.

We have been very fortunate that we’ve never had a problem over the 2 1/2 decades we have lived in Florida. However, my English bulldog, who is a service dog, is now out in Montana with me regularly. There are a lot of deer in the yard and the fields are not mowed. The vet out here asked if she has had seizures before suggesting Bravecto, which scared me.

What is the safest flea and tick medication? And is there a holistic solution that works well? I heard coconut oil works but it didn’t say whether to sprayed on them or to feed it to them. And she does get 1 to 2 tablespoons of coconut oil a day any help is appreciated!

Stacked or unstacked

After my previous post, I am looking at LG's for my washer/dryer. I have 3 dogs and need to wash large comforters regularly. My issue is a smaller sized laundry room. it is 90" long x 71" wide. Initially, the reno company thought we could move them to the back wall to create some folding and storage space. The contractor thinks that will be too difficult, so suggested either no pedestals with a countertop over them (the bending for both units to do laundry is not appealing),or a stackable with room next to it for storage, folding etc. Thoughts on no pedestals compared to a stackable unit? Is it better to have a washtower for potential repairs vs. stacking individual units?

Monos/Away/Level8/Nobl

I am looking for a medium check-in with aluminum frame or aluminum. I have had multiple bags break within the past few years and I am sick of replacing them, so I am willing to go with something a little more expensive than Amazon choices. (IK they sell some versions of these on Amazon, but am looking to buy direct this time.) I also would like latches instead of zippers, as I think they are more secure and I am traveling much more than I have in the past approximately 30-40 flights a year. I have looked at Monos, Away, Level8 and Nobl. I am a little scared of the Nobl because of the shipping issues and I need the bag fairly quickly. Any experience with these brands would be appreciated. I do not want to spend over $1k for a bag with the way the airlines handle them, but am willing to spend a little more than usual to get something reliable with a good warranty that actually has a responsive company.

Edit: decided to go with Monos medium Hybrid. Hopefully it will arrive by Friday as expected. Their expedited shipping was so much more than Away.
