Is it true that girls prefer 🍑?
Why does glute development 🍑 seem to get, far more attention among women than other fitness goals 🍒 ?
My observations:
\*\*1. In the gym and on Instagram/TikTok, women seem to put a lot of focus on glute workouts compared to other muscle groups.\*\*
\*\*2. There’s often a lot of positive reinforcement between women — comments like “your glutes look amazing” seem to get a really happy, appreciative response.\*\*
\*\*3. Fashion-wise, there’s the oversized t-shirt + skin-tight leggings/shorts trend, and a lot of mirror selfies are taken at an angle to highlight the glutes.\*\*
\*\*4. It feels like there’s more celebration of glute development compared to, say, chest or arms development\*\*
My question is on women ideology or psychology behind this... Do they put women with better glutes on high pedastal..??
Seems the case to me based on some incidents?.
