How does the PTO work? Do you get a certain amount at the beginning of the year or do you accumulate as you work hours?

I used to always think I don’t understand how people get into the cycle of borrowing from their next paycheck, well I did it one time and it set me back and now I’m stuck in the cycle of borrowing from every single paycheck and it makes me feel horrible

I know everyone gets damages but I was hoping it would take longer than that, I’ve been certified about 2 months, I didn’t even miss mark the line I just marked the wrong area and instead of calling in a non response they just dug, thankfully it was only a conduit damage

I am 20 years old and am currently a utility locator, I plan on doing this for at least a couple more years but I am interested in eventually doing something that I could do side work/ start my own business with, is roofing good for this? Also how much does business slow down in the winter because I can’t afford anything less than 40 minimum

Dave always talks about paying off your house as fast as you can, I understand why he says this, but if I can invest that extra money and make more interest than the interest rate on my mortgage then in the end off that would be better, numbers don’t lie.

I have a baby at home and work 50-60 hours a week so I don’t have a whole lot of time to play whenever I want or play tournaments (nor am I good enough to play tournaments) but playing by myself is getting boring sometimes and I want people to play with but I have no friends.
