First person turn based rpg dungeon crawlers aka blobbers with full mouse support?

I enjoy the genre (not that I'm good at them) but most of these types of games seem to require WASD or a controller. I have a messed up shoulder and back problems, so I'd prefer to just be able to click a movement box or something to move while maybe laying down. There's quite a few "blobbers" out there on Steam but it's hard to tell which ones have full mouse movement/interaction and which don't.

The only ones I own that I think can be fully played that way is Might and Magic 4 & 5 but those are hard to get into. I tried them (combined into World of Xeen), didn't have a good idea of WTF to do and pretty much got wiped out my very first encounter.

Sorry if this is frequently asked.

Tainted Grail Avalon vs Ghost of Tsushima

Very different games here, I know. I'm usually a strategy/sim/low stakes type of player but I kind of want something more action orientated. I'm leaning towards Tainted Grail since it plays like an Elder Scrolls game apparently, but I do like the idea a samurai open world RPG action game.

Tainted Grail is cheaper but I used "Can you run it" (Do people still use that or moved somewhere else?) and it says I can't play at recommended because of my CPU. So that plays into the decision making too. GoT was 100%.

How to get medicine into cat's diet if she refuses to eat wet food?

My cat (nine years old) has been having some health issues but the main part of the issue is her stomach soft tissues aren't working right. She was very close to dying from her compacted bowels and toxins not being passed correctly. She needs to have medicine (Lactulose) given three times a day to see if it helps her pass stool. I'm also to give her two pinches of Metamucil unflavored and unscented twice a day.

She was recently scooped out of feces and it cost me 220 dollars to do so. Not the worst but they waived a lot of fees because it was an emergency. And probably because they should have caught the issue when we did a full scan for 600 dollars just a week before hand. But that's just me being bitter.

My plan was to give her a mixture of wet food and dry food, mix in the medicine, and have her eat that. She's never been big on wet food but I figured a mixture might work. It kind of worked for a few days while her appetite returned but now she's *refusing* to eat anything that isn't unadulterated dry food. If I try to mix the liquid medicine into her dry food, it makes the dry food soggy and she refuses to eat that as well.

If I can't get this medicine into her, and she doesn't pass stool regularly, it'll be either another scooping or putting her down. But she's *alert*, playing, wanting attention, and seems fine other then her not passing stool. But that's the crux of the whole issue in the first place, so it's a big deal.

The only other option we seem to have is to hold her and inject the medicine into her mouth to swallow using the provided syringe (no needle of course). But I feel like I'd get that done maybe once or twice before she becomes *violently* opposed to it.

I'm going to speak to the vet tomorrow, but I thought I'd post here to see if there's any ideas on other options I could try.

Does anyone else hit a roadblock with games periodically?

Recently, I've hit a complete roadblock mentally with gaming. I can't bring myself to load anything up. I WANT to play games but nothing interests me enough to actually fire it up or I can't find the motivation. Partially I think it's because of health issues but I think it's largely due to depression (which I suffer from badly). I don't want to learn how to play games despite my favorite genres being simulation or strategy. It's a feeling of being stuck with my favorite medium for relaxation and general time wasting.

Stellaris used to be my comfort game where I could fire it up if I felt down or whatever but they've overhauled the game so many times that I'd have seriously sit down and relearn how to play the game.

Stardew was my other but I know there's a big update coming eventually and I don't want to invest another 50-100 hours into a play through just to have it come out once I'm done or in the middle of it.

Anyone else suffer from this and wanna share their stories?

Constant pressure in chest & feeling like something is stuck in throat for 13 straight days.

Age: 40
Sex: Male
United States

Since late the 10th I've had a feeling of constant pressure in my chest with pain as time has went on and a constant feeling like something is stuck in my throat. Kind of like how it feels when a pill gets stuck when you swallow it but worse and it never goes away. I have shortness of breath and every breath in aggravates my throat and chest. Recently the pain has been extending to my back particularly when I stretch or move too much. If I lift my arms or do anything physical the pressure in my chest gets worse. I had a interview appointment on the 19th and talking for 15 minutes was incredibly difficult due to lack of breath and pain.

I went to urgent care on the 12th. They evaluated me for about ten minutes and didn't know what it was. They sent in a referral for a GI Specialist for probably a scoping of my upper GI. I called on the 21st and they said it was stuck in insurance.

I went to the ER on the 14th because it kept getting worse. They ran an EKG, Xrays and some other tests. Everything came back normal. The doctor felt around my chest area and there was *some* tenderness and he came to the conclusion I hurt my ribs. Somehow.

I haven't had a single bit of relief in 13 days. I've taken tums, Gas-X, Famotidine, Omeprazole, I've tried to induce belching, I've dry heaved (but nothing came up). I've done everything I can think of for relief if it was gas, GERD, or anything.

For my medical history I suffer from severe crippling depression and anxiety, both of which I take medication for, am morbidly obese and a variety of other conditions like two blown out knees. I might have had a stroke years ago (results came back inconclusive but they found a spot on my cerebellum). I've had at least two Transient ischemic attack's. And for years now I've felt like my health has been declining but no doctor or NP has been able to diagnose what's wrong with me other then admitting *something* is wrong.

If anyone has any ideas what might be wrong please let me know. My best guess is maybe something with my lungs or a hernia? I'm wondering if I should go back to the ER and tell them it's just gotten worse. I don't know what they could do for me that they didn't already do though.
