Have the Democrats stumbled into a winning message calling Trump's $1.8 billion boondoggle a "Slush Fund"?

We Democrats aren't known for our masterful messaging, while Republicans have been quite effective with terms like "Death Panels." For once this "Slush Fund" terminology seems to resonate. Will Democrats be able to use this effective term and point out that people like Andrew Paul Johnson, who was pardoned by Trump and went on to be convicted and sentenced to life for SA against children, may benefit from this slush fund?

Should Andrew Paul Johnson be eligible for Trump’s new $1.8 billion fund?

He was a January 6th defendant pardoned by Trump who had some notable activities after being pardoned.

Working class conservatives: In what ways does the White House Ballroom make you feel better about our country and the discouraging economic situation for anyone who is not already wealthy?

Right now, it seems like people who are heavily invested in the stock market are doing OK and super rich oligarchs are getting to go on junkets to China with the President. However, a huge majority of Americans are struggling to get by. I wonder is the new Ballroom is just the thing to make their lives better?

I’m talking about both Teddy (antitrust) and Franklin (social welfare). I know Americans aren’t exactly all history scholars and may need some education, but this would be a great way to package a winning set of policies.
