What’s this? I was playing my favorite game on roblox and a screen popped up “Banned” and i’m really confused what’s going on is this the new roblox mods terminating players? My account is 3 years old i have a lot of limited items. Roblox this is unfair. ( I don’t use voice chat btw ) I got automated emails from agents with different names saying “voice chat” I have no clue what this is.
Reason in app is harmful content/behavior with a moderator note following along with “Your account has been moderated for a safety violation of Roblox's Community Standards.” i’ve gotten multiple automated bot emails giving different reasons for child endangerment, Why isn’t roblox doing anything about this, What do i do next? I already did a MIDR previously and my next step is abriation. It seems like the automated bots only know one word which is “child endangerment” I can’t access my chat logs because they refuse/fail to give it to me which i confidently know i did nothing wrong. None of the reasons from the emails make sense everyone on roblox i talk to is in the same age group as me and irl friends. I don’t use voice chat at all on my account. This is really odd given it’s happened to almost everyone.
Can someone help what do i do? The first time they told me it was voice chat and this second time they are saying messages to other users?? They still refuse to give me chat log evidence, transcripts, any form of communication that broke the rules.
How am i suppose to know what i’m getting terminated for if i can’t see any chat logs? i have never used roblox voice chat on my account. My account has been incorrectly banned. My previous violation consequences were cleared they should no longer negatively affect the account in the future. The automatic ai system may have resulted from a false detection and other technical mistakes.
Hello Everyone. Im coming to bring this to be heard and boosted. Ai bots terminated me and denied all my appeals. I was reinstated in march for a violation in my past. But i've been banned again on May 27, 2026 and all my emails has not been getting heard. I am the Owner of Roblox account username vrtualsinix. I have a total list of 4 violations 3 from 2025 and 1 recent from May 27, 2026. It has been very important to me for a long time, l've spent over $200 on that account and I understand the communication may have crossed platform guidelines. But regarding the statement that the moderation involved a voice chat conversation To my knowledge, I have never used Roblox voice chat. They placed me under a severe category harmful content/behavior and child endangerment which i don't know any reason why making it harder to be appealed. As i know of i was not constantly engaging in harmful behavior. I was having normal conversations in chat with a CLOSE friend that i role-play with for fun that roblox may have took as a misunderstanding. No chat messages were made to hurt anyone or anyone around us it was private between only us. All of my emails are getting sent to automated saying there is a moderation action but they are not explaining anything else to me. Im unable to see evidence and I feel so alone and unheard i've been trying really hard to prove to them that i can take responsibility. I’ve requested rights of access to see any evidence or chat logs and they have denied. Any light you could shed on this or advice on how to navigate these technical loops would be greatly appreciated by the community. I care deeply about my account and would please love to have it back. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to be heard.
