I don't understand how these RE agents have normalised 4 Cr+ flat like it is nothing. And what amenities are the end users getting by paying such an insane amount.
It boils my blood to know how these people have no guilt for what they do. 100 Cr+ caught from a single person.
No wonder everything is getting so expensive these days as there is corruption being prevalent at very corner of our society.
Hyderabad is definitely getting expensive especially for middle class with soaring rents, school fees, and so on. Although I feel pockets of Hyderabad are still cheap where the locals live.
At a time when the real estate prices are sky high and no possible economic indicator will tell you to invest there, these brokers are coming up with false promises of 30 years ahead. We don’t even know whether the world will exist seeing the way we are moving ahead.
