So there is a cat family with mother and her four kittens living in the apartment building for over a week now. It is most likely the mother cat was abondoned along with her kittens. The Cat has a collar and extremely human friendly. Her kittens are also very human friendly. It is a wonder how they are surviving on their own everyday as there are a lot of male cats and other dangers in this area. We are trying our best for now to accommodate the family but nobody can adopt for obvious reasons. If anyone is looking to adopt any of them please DM.
The kittens looking 5-6 weeks old. They are eating solid food and navigating around on their own.

In rainy reason, we have flooded roads and stagnant water every where
In summer, we have extreme heat and water shortage
In Winter, we are having higher AQI and rise of flus

What exactly are we doing?

Just a few days ago, land was sold over 250 Cr/acre in this part of Hyderabad. Flats are being sold for over a Million dollars. If anything this should teach people where we are headed if we go in the same path:

1. In Summer, it is terrible heat and water shortage
2. In rainy season, we have floods like situation
3. In Winter, we have high AQI.

Why are we even living here?

A flat which is on a road which is already congested by traffic and noise is starting from a million dollars. I really want to know who in the right frame of mind would buy a million dollars flat in Hyderabad at such a location.

Hyderabad has literally no footpaths and that seems to be the case even in the recent developed areas as well. What is the point of talking about Metro when we don’t have other infrastructure supporting that.

Why do RE agents just hype tall match boxes as development. We need to introspect a lot.

Hyderabad has been a great city and is currently. But with rising population, we will see more and more problems especially with the way we are heading. A few of the existential problems:

1. High AQI
2. Water Shortage
3. Traffic
4. Noise
5. Unsafe roads
6. Increasing cost of expenditure in terms of flat maintenance, household staff, school fees etc.,
7. Lack of weekend options

Considering all this with the saturated economy and future AI implications, do you think it is worth buying in a already saturated real estate market in Hyderabad?

It boils my blood to know how these people have no guilt for what they do. 100 Cr+ caught from a single person.

No wonder everything is getting so expensive these days as there is corruption being prevalent at very corner of our society.

Hyderabad is definitely getting expensive especially for middle class with soaring rents, school fees, and so on. Although I feel pockets of Hyderabad are still cheap where the locals live.

At a time when the real estate prices are sky high and no possible economic indicator will tell you to invest there, these brokers are coming up with false promises of 30 years ahead. We don’t even know whether the world will exist seeing the way we are moving ahead.
