





25M, 5’4 and 59kg | 30-Day progress
1st pic is before I started working out. I started last April lang and hoping na maging consistent this year. My current program is PPL/UL but this past 2 weeks ko lang yun na-apply kase nung unang week di ko pa alam and kung ano na lang available sa gym kase marami minsan tao. Also adding protein shake after workout. Would like to ask any tips for shoulders and chest.
Will be back sa 90 days and let’s see if there will be a significant progress.
