Error when add repo on cydia

Hi everyone, I'm trying to add a repository to Cydia but I'm getting an error. I know it's likely due to internet issues, but my connection is actually fine; I'm in Russia where there are blocks in place. I even tried tethering the internet from my phone while using a VPN, but nothing works. What should I do? Could someone provide a proxy or help me fix this error? (Please excuse any typos, as I'm using Google Translate.) Im bad with ios devices and jailbreak.

Usb mac fix ipad

Hi, I'll tell you in advance that I may seem stupid, but I don't understand this, I'm trying to connect my iPad 2 to my Mac, but it keeps reconnecting and the system doesn't detect it. It's the same with other old Apple devices. I even reinstalled the system and changed the cable, but nothing works. On other wibdows pc all work cool

Cydia error install

Hi everyone, I downloaded the jailbreak on my iPhone 4S (iOS 6.1.3). I'm trying to download some app, like Cylinder or iFile, but I get this error. It happens in all apps. I just downgraded to iOS 9.3.5, and I had this problem. I'm not very knowledgeable, I downloaded it only recently.
