I signed up for taking classes online through a college near me, I did have to wait for my sap appeal to be approved and loan reconciliation to be approved which took some time. When I got everything approved and signed up for classes it wouldn't let me do my schedule. The financial aid office said everything was fine to talk with registrar, when I talked with registrar they said they needed my college advisors approval, since I am starting classes on the last day available for June (both registrar and financial aid said Monday was fine and the last day to schedule) my college advisor said I should wait until August and she is going to have to ask her boss for approval? Is this possible? This doesn't sound right since both other offices said I was fine to go ahead and start. Advice please, thank you.

Hello my neighbor found a baby morning dove, she's had it for a few hours now and most rehabilitation places are 1.5-2 hours away, the tree and nest she found it in were destroyed and the sibling passed what can she do? Please help. Shes not able to travel super far to a rehabilitation place due to other obligations.
