It’s that time of year! Octavius went on a morning adventure this weekend (wearing his adventure bucket hat of course) to the local pumpkin patch and loaded up a cart full of pumpkins!

As renovations continue, Osiris finds more challenges to overcome. In this case, it’s wrangling an electrical outlet.
Not to worry, all circuits are de-energized, and no octopi were harmed in the making of this clip.
Octavius got up early this morning to make some muffins with fresh-from-the-market blueberries. A double batch for some for breakfast and some for dessert; which will be covered in homemade chocolate sauce.
Not bad for seeing if this was a good spot to warm up some lunch. Not bad after about 20min of some short driving. Definitely could go a bit longer next time.
As the renovation project continues, there’s just a few last studs to be put into place. Osiris lends an arm getting things measured and cut.
Grabbed another 5ozt Grand Maple at Costco today. Around $456.99 $457.99 CAD. About $10 over spot but much less than the first one I got a few months ago.
EDIT: Price correction, was off by a dollar.
Thought I emptied my pockets completely before doing a wash today. Guess I forgot something. I’m drying it off and seeing if it’ll charge and turn on (it was needing to be charged beforehand).
Osiris is an octopus of many hats. Truck driver and mechanic and now general contractor and inspector.
Hey all,
Wasn’t sure where to post this but this subreddit keeps popping up on my feed.
I made a RakuRaku livery for the Forza Horizon 6 Subaru 22B. I can rustle up a share code later if anyone is interested.
He chills on top of 2-3 books on my nightstand, keeps them secure while I’m reading them.
The local fish and chips boat opens up on Mother’s Day weekend. And to celebrate, Octavius went to pick some up for the family.
Happy Mother’s Day everyone!
Had a delivery out to a fish farm today. After offloading their freight, I made a passing comment/joke about any samples for the octopus on my dash. Ended up trading a couple good condition empty pallets for some salmon.
Newly acquired hard case from Amazon, as the 5oz Grand Maple does not fit in the jar I had the other single ounce bits in. It’s not a fire safe, no, but I think this will help me out in the meantime. Pick and pull foam, with the Grand Maple on display when it’s opened. The rest I’ll have nestled in on their sides so it should be easier to store as I slowly build the stack. Safe to say for now, the Kraken is pleased. Although he may need some help moving it the case around.
