Does a binge ruin a weeks progress?
If I was in a deficit all week and then binged last night which brought my average calories for the week to a 100 cal surplus, will I gain like I was in a 100 cal surplus?
I was averaging 1600 calories and binged like 4700 and my app now states my average is now ~2000 for the last 7 days.
So will this one binge throw off a weeks progress or will I just gain water weight and and a bit of fat and drop back quick?
~11h after binge I have gained 2,6kg. How much of that is fat?
