Wow such a very difficult boss fight... Even the most scuffed gameplay possible can flawless it.

No tactics, no overload, no Jin legacy skill. Lol. Gonna complain about the character I'm using or something? Reki's not that difficult to kill.

Yes. I'm posting unironically this time. But I may as well specify this isn't about the "Izanami Vs Reki" debate specifically. Someone else was being ridiculously obnoxious about her being difficult when she's really not.

"Reki is harder than Izanami"

I post this as a joke this is far from significant proof she's harder than izanami... If I posted this unironically it would feel like an "OH MY GOD REKI SO EASY!!! JUST SKIP ALL HER PHASE TRANSITIONS1!1!" I just wanted an excuse to post this here lmao.

Izanami is still more difficult than Reki regardless, tho, atleast from my runs, and mostly in terms of flawlessing the boss. Reki is way too consistent for me to flawless while Izanami has the most random BS that hits me. If you don't speedrun the ever living hell out of Reki's second phase though... She just spams the hell out of that undodgable attack and it's just so annoying.

%Player% Doesn't work anymore.

Checked one of my friends profiles and immediately noticed this. Hope this gets fixed...

If you don't know what it does, basically what it's supposed to do is type the name of the person whos viewing your profile into it (so for me it would say Surei.) and it made for some pretty cool descriptions. After the update, it broke it so it just says %player%.

Nuke so big my game stutters

I've been making the most out of the leftover cat event to make the most of random team comps. Not the best way to test characters strength but still a decently fun one.

Even if I have the netflix variant, I should just buy this regardless right?

I mean it's just 10 cents obviously it's not that bad to buy but what'll be the difference if I migrate from the netflix ver to this?

[Nintendo DS][Late 2010's?] Some sort of hot wheels mii racing game?

I genuinely cannot recall much from this game. The most I can recall is the high possibility that you used some sort of mii to race another mii. I'll be surprised if anybody can find it with the dim memory I have of it.

There are a few things I feel like I THINK I'm misremembering, for example, I believe the game was some sort of hot wheels style game, I don't think it genuinely is one. I believe I may be remembering the track being orange which is why it reminds me of hot wheels. One thing I recall about the game is having a sort of birds eye view of the entire track or something? The other thing I'm fairly confident about is the main gameplay being focused on you having to time your button presses on specific parts to get speed boosts or something...

Also, the game was 100% either free or a demo, because back then I was too afraid to ask for money to buy games on my DS.

Searched up "Mii racing game" on google, countless mario kart results which, of course, are not the post. Searched up "Nintendo DS hot wheel racing game" To no avail. I unfortunately don't have much information past this

Warning: Painful to watch. Extreme 100 Phase 2 Reki with 5 potentials. (Icey)

Somewhat inspired by TheFirstAifos no potential no tactic rachel run. Link if you want to see that. https://www.reddit.com/r/BlazBlueEntropyEffect/s/FS7phWU4Wt (once again, not my video.)

So I was attempting a extreme 100 run with a minimal amount of potentials. Was it difficult to get to this point? Nah. Not really. Did it take EXCRUCIATINGLY LONG TO GET TO THIS POINT? The time alone at the top right will tell you. My average icey run with full potentials takes about 20 minutes so yeah taking that long to get to reki is quite a pain... This is all self inflicted so like I shouldn't even be complaining, tbf. I didn't bother going for any less than 5 potentials only as the things I picked up are, imo, way too important for icey. And this probably would've taken 20-30+ more minutes without them.

I skipped to phase 2 because I thought the first phase was boring as everliving hell to watch, and it likely would've been because it was scuffed and took 3 minutes (phase 2 alone was scuffed as I didn't dodge a lot of would be easy things to dodge...) I could've sent the full video but ain't nobody watching that.

I immediately quit out because I'm not continuing this run. Maybe if I had tactics it would've been easier on myself but I was so overconfident I could go without them. I thought this would be... Somewhat, fun, but the longer it took for me to kill every boss starting from stage 3+ the longer I just wanted to abort mid run. If I go back in izanami is going to take ridiculously long to kill.

Funny thing is: I had more trouble on the defiling eye than this boss. The defiling eye boss absolutely drained me because killing it with the minimal amount of MP I got in the early game was rough. Meanwhile I was free to spam parry during this boss thanks to the amount of MP I had.

I'm not enduring 10 more runs to perfect clear this- if that wasn't obvious.

[PC][late 2010's, probably around 2018] A game where you used some sort of sound to detect the monster? (GAME IS NOT THE IMAGE IN POST.)

The game reminded me very heavily of The Voidness/Scanner Sombre (checked both games, neither of them are correct. The image shown in post is the voidness which gives me a decent reference on what the game could've been.)

Basically, I recall watching this game maybe like 8 years ago. I'm fairly confident it was on a show called player select, but I don't know who actually played it. The main thing I remember was you using sound to track your surroundings and the monster itself and if the monster was nearby they would glow red (which is why it reminds me of lidar scanning games.)

One thing about this game that almost gave me nightmares was the sound that was made when you were detected or something by the monster, it made some sort of like baby like yelling and it terrified the hell out of me. I really don't recall much about the game itself besides that.

For those who have played this game on PC/console and mobile: how much better is X compared to mobile?

A bit of a late question to ask , but I remember hearing news about the story update about 4 months ago and was sad to hear the additional story content wasn't coming to mobile, but kinda didn't care at the same time because I never cared about this games story after clearing mind upload V. I've tried the demo version on my switch and the starting menu UI was much, much different than mobiles, "run around the entire lobby" sort of thing. I also recall the introduction being different I think? But I never brought the full game mostly because I wouldn't be able to play with a friend there. How much better is the additional content compared to mobile?

Just had my boss flawless run ruined to a visual bug, fml.

Edit since I can't edit the post title: I shouldn't have phrasef the title like it was the games fault I took damage, I'm at fault for that, I mostly just meant that I wouldn't have bothered completing the run if I knew I took damage beforehand (which is why I say "visual bug".)

Since I don't have a clip, I'll just type what happened and you can try to envision it.

During the final phase I used my overload out of panic when takemikazuchi attempted its instant kill attack, got out of the way and went onto the left side of the screen, he used his attack that shoots out pillars of fire and I used noel's zero gun fenrir (the attack that shoots out that massive laser beam.) to do damage to it, a few seconds after this attack ends my overload is about to end and the pillar attack stops and leaves fire behind, which I clumsily stepped on and took damage to after my overload ended. By this point, if I knew I actually lost my flawless I simply would've just aborted the run and tried another one since this one was kinda ehhh anyway. I had to pause the game to look at my killstreak, and I see it still is at 200 so I don't think much of it (your killstreak only ends after taking damage... If this wasn't obvious.) and my combo streak was at around 100 something as well, killed the boss after the instant kill attack ended and went on to izanami, and yes, I saw the "perfect clear" on the black screen before it transitioned to Izanami (after Takemikazuki dies) so I further thought the flawless was secured. I was able to BARELY flawless izanami thanks to a random butterfly at the end almost hitting me while in mid air, luckily I had a mind unleashed that reduces the chance of things hitting me.

I get all excited, I see my perfect elite kill count at 9 which SHOULD symbolize all of the bosses were killed perfectly. Go to the results screen, and see elite kill count 8/9. What I immediately deducted was the fire ruined my flawless on takemikazuki but the game considered it as a "trap" (*some* traps in this game don't ruin your flawless.) so it didn't count as a hit UNTIL the result screen.

Just... Fml. Believe me or not, but everything I said was genuinely what happened. I really don't feel like playing this character again because I hardly even like them gameplay wise. I simply wanted to get a perfect flawless run on this character and go on with my day man...

u/HelloMrTurtle9 — 19 days ago

Oh boy that's a cool instant kill it would be terrible if someone could parry the entire duration of it

... Was it necessary? No. I missed out on a lot of damage. But was it satisfying to pull off? yes. But when I missed my first parry I thought for sure my run was cooked (it really wasn't even that good anyway which is why I was willing to try this)

I love icey.

Your best mind training/boss rush times?

Since I've done almost everything in the game now I've been trying my best to get some quick mind training times on extreme 100 and holy is it annoying...

Screenshot 1 and 2 (23:43) is my most proud of speedrun because I managed to perfect everything, but getting this run took a WHILE because of how many runs got messed up due to unlucky stage 1's (getting hit by those cannon fodder ninja's... Getting no early potentials.) But the main thing that ruined it was me getting a stage 3 black market instead of a stage 2 one...

Screenshot 3 and 4 (23:06) is technically quickest time, but I got hit by floating mind near the very end and had to deal with it. (I was getting some really lucky mind unleashes and got a stage 2 black market so... Yeah.) Fighting floating mind flawless while speed clearing simultaneously is quite difficult to me due to how risky I have to be but... I don't think it was very worth it since I only saved 40 seconds.

I also wanted to see some quick boss rush times from y'all, I haven't really bothered with that mode since the fights always feel the exact same.

What's your stance on pulling on Kaleido?

I wasn't personally going to pull but I'm somewhat considering it since the rates seem... somewhat promising, despite the obvious randomness. And the only truly bad character I could get is likely gdoll. (And xu I guess, I don't know how her dupes are.) I'm going to (likely) have leftover limited pulls after pulling for mouchette, who I was just going to proto to E3. Was gonna pull for pollux dupes but... Eh. I already know he's going to drain every single pull if I try to go all out for him. The kaledio banner itself is probably only for newer players instead.

I personally have gdoll at e1, xu e0, vortice e0, clem e1, kath e3, castor e0, gmurphy e0 and arachne e3, so I'd imagine I wouldn't benefit very well from this banner.

Lily's WOD > mouchette's WOD?

Noticed that I could get lily's WOD in this selector, (Unfortunately was unable to log in the day she was in banner) and was considering using it over her sig thanks to the crit rate, and maybe just pulling for pollux in the rotating banner instead?

Edit: maybe I do need to pull for it because kath needs blade of titan aswell... For D zone... Idk atp.
