Wondering if this can be taken higher up?

Certain job positions are repeatedly being filled by a TL walking up to an individual associate and asking them would you like to switch from cashier to this position over here?

Versus the job being posted and associates applying or externals applying, like every other position in the store frequently does.

Anybody else getting SCOs Removed?

Our store is scheduled to have 25 scos removed leaving just 4 on grocery side and 4 on gm side.

This is coming from the stores GM, so please no rumor comments.

Walmart giving away flowers to associates but AP

Said they would not take them because they don't trust Walmart and you might come in tommorow and find yourself fired.

Team Leads said that we can take 2 free and all customers are getting them free as well.

Pulling loaded cart from the front vs pushing.

It out the door. I rarely see this but just witnessed it. Customer was slamming and punching there groceries around in the cart like they were pissed off, also yanked the receipt paper out as hard as they could.

I feel like this is some sort of physcopathic behavior. Maybe like a feeling of dominance like a serial killer dragging a body around behind them or something 🤔.
