GED Advice

I haven't been in school for a year and the last school year that I finished was G11. I have decided to take the GED instead of going back to school for G12. Any study tips or test advice I should know? I feel really anxious about the exam HAHAHA!

Weight loss with ED history

I'm 18, 155 cm, and currently 59 kg. I hope to lose 6kg to 9kg before the year ends. Based on previous experiences with weight gain and weight loss, my body seems to store and lose weight/fat fast, but my biggest struggle is with binge eating.

I suffered from bulimia around 2 years ago. After I developed stomach issues and menstrual problems (super late periods and intense cramps), I stopped vomiting my food often and tried to fix my relationship with food.

I've been trying to exercise and stay consistent on my body recomposition plan, but I still can't stop myself from binging every other day. I've identified my main triggers, which are: pressuring myself to the point of feeling restricted and/or actually restricting, and also being peer pressured to eat more during gatherings.

Are any of you going through or have you gone through similar experiences? Please do share in the comments if you feel comfortable. It would be nice to hear some advice or real talk regarding this problem. I just feel stuck at the moment. I'm trying so hard not to revert back to my old bulimic habits.

I want to Study in Madrid as a Filipina

I'm currently 18 years old and I plan on studying in Spain for my bachelor's degree and am wondering about the following:

  1. Is it true that it is hard to apply English taught courses in public school's in Madrid/Barcelona due to the slots being limited and the competitiveness of the application? If yes, do any of you have advice regarding this?

  2. What do I need to know before studying is Spain?

  3. Is there a lot of racism towards Filipinos in Spain?

how to fix thick bangs.

Please give me advice on how to fix my super thick bangs. Originally, I wanted curtain bangs but long story short I fvcked up. I thought that I could fix them, but as you can see, I ended up just giving myself super thick straight cut bangs. Aside from hair clips and styling solutions, what else can I do? Could I make them look better by thinning them out with thinning shears or should I take a break from scissors and just style them?
