It you are playing one of the many PBBG with an energy/action system how often do you prefer to get more of them.

For this I assume it is balanced so that people that use most the actions get same almost of stuff done. So compared 100 actions a day versus 1 every 15 minutes. They also have have similar energy/action storage.

I think I prefer daily resets as then you can definitively say that I'm done for today. With shorter resets it get in the way of life as you always have the optimization goblin on you shoulder saying "you can do something in that game right now".

I'm slightly learning towards them being at or close to their limit as they were no made by the professor and thus do not have nanotechnological doom tech.

However they have transcended their limits before, perhaps they will do so again.

Other then Mr. Pennies of course, he doesn't exist yet, at least not with that name.

In this game you are A shaper, a wizard will the ability to create life, with you having to focus on your ability to create battle monsters such as Fire breathing Dinosaurs, Ogre like beings that punch hard and think soft and mind controlling tentacle monsters. This knowledge has been known for centuries and has completely remade society to the inextent that for example your lockpicks are living tools.

In previous 2 games discoveries where made and now that civilization is falling apart, warn, previously unknown of centuries is coming and when all the sides can create monsters and are getting is ever more desperate to win what there believe is the good fight things will get dark as the unthinkable becomes commonplace.

Choose who you fight for, and who you kill, if anybody.

Gameplay wise it is a grid based turned based tactical game with many solutions to every problem.

Mr pages would want Washington D.C. to get the library of congress.
