Can someone explain to me how wins/losses are determined in comp?

Ok, so it's determined by whoever has more objective points. Awesome. But sometimes it will just end in the middle of a game and say we lost? Just now, lost a game despite the enemy not reaching the 3rd objective with the payload. As attackers we had reached the second. Why did we just lose when there was 30 seconds left? Literally i glanced at the clock and saw 30 seconds left and less than 5 seconds later it came up saying we lost. How did that happen?

Pop growth speed abysmal, naval capacity too low. What am I supposed to do?

Even BUILDING SPECIFICALLY TO GET TONS OF POP GROWTH SPEED, I can't grow fast enough. I just can't expand fast enough to keep up. I have such an abysmal pop growth speed that I can't make fortress worlds. I have all my worlds just not being really useful at all because pops aren't growing fast enough on them. Below is a picture of my build.

I'm just not sure what to do. I get attacked from all sides and need like 4 fleets to cover my flanks, but then my fleet size is at like 300/100 and im building the defense planets to increase my naval capacity and building anchorages, but it's BARELY pushing the needle for fleet capacity up.

What am I supposed to do? It's 2246 in the game I'm in right now. Am I really just supposed to sit around for 100 years while pops grow on my planets before I can do anything useful? That just feels horrible.

Stoneblock 4 how to get enough chickens to do anything?

Currently all my chickens go to making chicken souls to make eggs, and then I break even. I don't understand.

[Desktop Web] Injected links prevent copying the text it was injected on

Injected links that let you click on them and search Reddit for that are unhelpful to say the least, but I can’t even copy the text to search for the actual product on something like Amazon because of them. It copies a bunch of nonsense if I select the text the link is on and copy it.

How do I get super strong fleets?

I've been playing since almost exactly 1 month since the game released. I have 900 hours, which I know is not a lot compared to some of you guys but it's a lot for me. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to get ultra-strong fleets like how some pictures are posted here. I build tech worlds and have repeatable taking 5 months since mid game but my fleets will only max out at ~300k by end game, and thats with me using a broken build on top of that. What do I do wrong? Do you guys just play with low tech cost?

I'm a bit frustrated. Literally every time I declare war on a nation with the conquer goal, it all just goes to someone else?? why??????
