Am I overthinking this

If the bathroom door is like 3 feet away from the dining table then wouldnt you be able to smell...fumes coming from the toilet while you're eating. If this was an irl house then how do I ensure that this doesnt happen lmao.

Add asbestos poisoning

Add asbestos as a new material. Would look like a popcorn ceiling and emit particles (flakes). If you stand within 3 squares of a asbestos wall or something then you get a mood effect called asbestos poisoning that makes you walk slow and your moods deteriorate extra fast
