Why are the scientists levitating and screaming?

I hit him maybe more than 100 times and he is still sitting there and shaking his head. He is not dying. Why?
It’s unfortunate that the sub of such a popular and attractive stock doesn’t have one.
Mods! Hear me out!!!
Awkward enough, he watched himself get gibbed
Opened half life maps using opposing force. Barneys and scientists do not cooperate since I no longer am Gordon, but why is the HECU attacking me still?
You all are so pessimistic and impatient. Stocks go up and down. In only 5 months, SNDK will get back to its ATH levels. Just... Be patient...
I guess I truly am a budgie person
(MRI images are gifs, may take a while to load)
I’m a 37-year-old male with knee pain while walking and a grinding/friction sensation.
MRI of my right knee showed mild Grade I degeneration of the medial meniscus but no tear.
The left knee showed the same degeneration plus a small focal tear in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus. All ligaments are intact, cartilage looks normal, and there’s no swelling.
Both knees also have patella alta and mild lateral patellar maltracking, with MRI noting possible patellofemoral instability.
Dr prescribed painkillers & gels and strongly recommended I apply tape around the patellae.
Could these symptoms be coming mainly from the small meniscus tear, the patellar tracking issues, or both? Has anyone with similar findings improved with physical therapy alone?
37, m suffering from clicking/friction in the knees and pain and swelling during&after walking. The doctor said it’s meniscus tear and recommended HA shots which is not covered by insurance in where I live.
What’s your opinion? Is there anyone who ever tried HA shots here? Thanks in advance!
Planning to travel abroad for 3 weeks and leave my accord in my attached garage that is not air conditioned. I’m in Florida and the garage gets very hot during the day.
Would this cause any problems?
EDIT: NOT A SCAM, GOT THE KEYS 🔑
I found a rental house in the Tampa Bay area and toured it in person with the owner. After the tour, she told me to work through the agent listed on Zillow for the application process.
I applied through the agent and was approved almost immediately (800 credit score with no late payments). The agent prepared a lease through Dotloop. I noticed a mistake in the lease (the previous tenant’s name was still in the document), and she corrected it right away. I also requested to move in three days later than originally planned, and she updated the prorated rent accordingly.
The lease was electronically signed by me, the owner, the owner’s husband, and the agent.
The lease states that rent should be paid monthly via Zelle directly to the owner. Before receiving the keys, I was required to pay the first month’s rent (June), the prorated May rent plus a security deposit totaling $5,080.
Because my bank has a $2,000 daily Zelle limit, they suggested I send the funds over three days. After I sent the first $2,000 payment, the owner told me to communicate with her husband going forward. I spoke with him by phone, and he said I would receive the keys once all three payments had been received.
I’ve verified that the names and property address appear legitimate through public records and background-check websites.
However, I’m concerned about being asked to send over money through Zelle before receiving the keys.
Could this still be a scam? Thanks!
[Currently in Northern Virginia]
I renewed my lease in late March, but my plans changed after I accepted a job in another state and now I need to relocate within the next few weeks.
I spoke with the leasing office and they told me I have to pay:
So in total, they want about 3.5x monthly rent (~$8,500).
I was mentally prepared for the 2-month lease break fee, but the extra 1.5 months caught me off guard. Can they legally charge both in Virginia? Has anyone dealt with something similar?
