Are they still good live?

I'm seeing them in Kentucky in September, and as of recently I've learned that Stephan isn't quite the nicest person, and I'm curious if that is apparent in his performance. And if they sound good live, or if they are energetic and if it's overall an enjoyable show?

Looking for advice and info from locals

My grandparents went to Mercer in the 70s and lived there, and i visited Macon for the first time in October of last year, and fell in love.

I'm from Chattanooga, so not too far. I'm curious to know from locals if Macon is a good place to move for out-of-towners. I know it is somewhat of a touristy town (like chatt) So im relatively familiar with that culture. When I was there, I didn't notice a lot of new apartments like other places (I could've just not noticed so correct me if I'm wrong).

Mercer is my dream college, and I'm heavily considering it.

How is the public transit?

How is the local art/music scene?

Obscure 90s Alternative that is ACTUALLY good??

I'm looking for some obscure bands that have that nostalgic, angsty, heartbroken, etc feel in their music that's similar to Third Eye Blind, Everclear, Nada surf, Tonic, Hum, etc etc the list goes on. You know, bands like that.

Self Titled and Blue

Who considers self titled the best? Honestly it's my favorite recording style, it somewhat feels gritty and nostalgic more than blue? I know blue has like *basically* kinda the same style. Maybe the songs on self titled are more catchy? What do y'all think?

Anyone know what was happening at about 10 ish off the Ridgecut by 4th Avenue?

On my way through there I saw tons of cops and emergency vehicles. It seemed mostly cleared out by 11??

Tours

Do you guys know of any shows in the south area? On their website I found nothing, but I was curious if they have announced any sort of dates. I trust y'all 🤷‍♀️

Hard to Handle - Fillmore east, April '71

How did i JUST find out the dead did this song?? I've stayed with the basics, as I am a very young dead enjoyer, so this may be very known amongst all of you🤷‍♀️

Is this the only recording of it? Did they do this song multiple times? What do y'all know?
