Confused about my snowflake application status

Hello everyone I recently applied for the SDR role at snowflake through careers page on September 16th

Later that day I realised that it won't get noticed by recruiters if I just apply by careers page so I reached out to managers on LinkedIn and sent cold emails to managers.

So this week on Monday the hiring manager responded by cold email and he looped the recruiter to screen me for further consideration.

Then recruiter scheduled a screening call at 12:30 friday which is yesterday. In the call recruiter asked me about my background experience location current compensation and notice period etc as usual and it was just a 5 minutes call and he said that he is good to go and he will forward the profile to hiring manager and after his approval I will get back to you on Monday he said and also mentioned that there will be 4 more more rounds after this one with hiring manager, next with sales head next is presentation round and last is with the director he said and he will get back to me on Monday call ended.

So I thought I will wait till Monday for the next update

But as soon as I woke up today morning on Saturday 9:30 am I received a rejection email from snowflake which was sent by ashbyhq recruitment system of snowflake.

My concern is that am I totally rejected? Is this rejection email that I received was it triggered by the application that I sent through the website in September (those automated rejection emails)

or is it the actual rejection email that they sent after my screening call with the recruiter??

Please help me understand this people I had a lot of hopes on this one after getting rejected from Salesforce interview in the last round 🥺, I am extremely anxious after seeing this email. I was preparing for the next round actually 😭

Did they immediately decided not to go ahead with my profile after screening call?? Idk people who have any idea help me understand what happened 😞🥺

I feel miserable with my current situation, need advice

I am 25f and have 3 years of experience in tech sales and of course I didn't choose this job because I like it

It was a series of wrong decisions.

First I took civil engineering at a better college over a medium college electronics and communication branch.

My family and sister suggested to take civil engineering because it is easy to get government jobs (i regret it even now I wish I had some brain take my own decision and research before choosing it).

Later instead of learning coding and preparing for placements I started preparing for gate exam thinking that I could clear it and get a mtech seat but never really had a clear clarity about what I am going to do in my career wasted money on gate coaching couldn't clear it and missed placements for many good companies who in 2022 when many companies asking for core branches as well.

I missed most of the placements and then gave one interview and I got selected immediately (sales role) it was mentioned as Business Development representative I had no idea about it.

Asked my sister(one year older)thinking she would give good advice she said bahut aram hoga yeh job and I took it.

Again a big mistake I left the job in 4 months started preparing for software roles couldn't get in any it was already 8 months of gap and I was having mental health issues staying at home even though I was preparing I used to taunts from my mom shadhi kar le better hai, tum to kuch nahi karti hai khane sone ke alawa tumhari kutte ki taraha ( I am a dog lover) I panicked just wanted to get out of the house and never want to live there being unemployed it just hurt really bad so took another sales job (which was easy to find, I was 22 at that time and didn't know much about how difficult its gonna be in future 😭, just wanted to get out of the house, choosing my self respect) its been 3 years I am in tech sales.

I absolutely hate it the current job market is soo tough that getting into another tech sales role at a reputed company like Salesforce is so tough I am reaching out recruiters hrs and got a phone screening call on Tuesday after that no response.

Why I am applying at big companies is because getting product knowledge and working in product based companies would help me in transitioning to product related roles.

At this point financially I can't compromise on CTC even though I am underpaid(6 lpa current)I have to send money home as well.

if I have to start from scratch in another field like product management and I can't leave this job considering the job market and my financial situation I can't be at home It's extremely bad for my mental health. And my mom considers me a loser even now since my sister is a developer and I feel extremely depressed, I don't know going for mba would help in transitioning bcz I financially have no support from family for this infact I have to send money every month.

So can someone please give advises on what to do next, how do I navigate this situation I don't wanna see myself in sales in future 😭😭

My manager Says you are not putting enough efforts for not attaining target

Hi everyone, so what happened is that i got assigned some accounts which my team lead was working on in the year 2018-2020 and he successfully brought business from those accounts and these accounts were assigned to me in feb since then i tried every way calling, email every thing just got rejected for the proposal.

Last year i worked for different accounts and i performed really well and brought businesses and received good appraisal because of performance.

and i am not able to achieve my quota since i have less accounts in my crm and the accounts that are assigned to me are one of the biggest companies, so getting a meeting from them is extremely hard, so manager says you are faking the updates on report(which i did and it was a mistake)

Now he is saying you are putting efforts in working on these accounts and not being consistent.

Honestly here i took the accountability for not performing well and i am facing challenges connecting with those accounts.

The thing that i am worried is will he take any action on me?

will he put me in pip?

will it affect my career if i make switch during background verification?

Please help me how to navigate this situation, i am really worried, stressed and anxious about losing job.

meanwhile i am looking for other opportunities
