Which is the most effective anti hairfall shampoo/conditioner 🥹

I have been losing a lot of hair this summer i don’t even know why, i moved to gurgaon and i believe the water is not just suiting me here, i am even using that water softner attachment i bought from amazon.

I usually lose this much hair during monsoons which my dermat said is fine and happens to a lot of people but this season has been different, i have always alternated between this bare anatomy anti hairfall shampoo and this sesa medicinal shampoo whenever my hairfall increased and they did help a lot but since i think this time it’s not the weather but the water that is not suiting me, what should i do?

Should i keep using these shampoos since they work for me or do i do anything different?

Any sector in a radius of 5km to DLF MOI would work. Need some good recommendations of well built 2BHKs preferably on a higher floor with a balcony. Any brokers or house owners, please dm. They need to move in next week.

I knowww smell is very subjective but i wanted to know which bodywash smells the best according to you guys. I use either of these 3, cinthol one is alright smells just like the soap only and wears off really quick. The Pears bodywash is the OG lol i think everyone can agree on this, can’t even remember since when i have been using this. Then this chemist at play one’s smell is also really nice and is it just me or does it foam up too much (not complaining), i got 2 bottles during the b1g1 offer just recently.

Which bodywash do you guys use? Drop your recs and reviews 🥰

Okay boys, quick skincare lesson because some of you are out here washing your face with body soap and calling it a day 😭

  1. Toner (the spray thing)

Right after washing your face, spray this on. Super easy. Think of it like hitting the reset button for your skin. It helps calm your skin down, cleans off anything left behind, and makes your face feel fresh.

  1. Face moisturizer (the blue one)

This is basically water for your face. It keeps your skin soft, smooth, and stops it from feeling dry or tight. Put it on after toner. I only use this on my face because it’s expensive and im broke😭

  1. Sunscreen

This is the one you cannot skip. Seriously. Put it on before you step outside. It protects your skin from sun damage, tanning, dark spots, and makes your skin age slower. Basically your face’s bodyguard.

  1. Body lotion

This is for the rest of your body after a shower. Because dry, ashy skin is not the vibe. It keeps your skin soft and healthy.

And honestly, skincare is not some fancy thing. Your skin goes through sun, sweat, dirt, and pollution every single day, and doing nothing for it is like never brushing your teeth and expecting them to stay perfect 😭

It’s basic care. Takes five minutes, makes you look cleaner, fresher, and way more put together.

Ps. Used a little chatgpt to refine :p

Please don’t recommend Reequil, that one broke my skin barrier and made my skin breakout like anything 🥲 I used to use Everyuth ki sunscreen and it was working pretty nicely for me until i saw people say here not to use it and suggested better options. Tried Minimalist sunscreen after that, it was okayish but didn’t like how sticky my skin felt after using it, i sweat more profusely after using it idk why. On my second Sunscoop sunscreen now and this is suiting my skin in a more balanced way, protection is decent and no greasiness too but not a fan of the smell. Recommend me your go to sunscreens for oily skin….
