[ Witcher 3 ] New player trying to 100% Witcher 3, got a few questions

I bought a PS5 a few days ago and decided to finally play The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and go for the platinum + all DLC trophies.
The trailers and atmosphere looked amazing to me and I somehow never got around to properly playing it before since I never really owned a console.
I’m thinking about doing my entire first playthrough on Death March because I usually enjoy games more when combat feels dangerous and immersive, but I’m not sure if that’s actually a good idea for a first run or if it’s more something i should do on NG+.
I also wanted to ask
Are there any missable or bugged trophies I should really watch out for?
Are there important items/materials that beginners accidentally sell or dismantle?
Which DLC should be played first?
And what are some fun or strong builds for a Death March playthrough?
My goal is basically to 100% the game, including DLCs, in one full playthrough if possible without having to restart everything in NG+ later.
